period and sex

Question Posted Friday April 19 2013, 8:57 am

I just entered a loving relationship and was wondering what can i do to my lover sexually while i have my period. We both are adults and was taught that having sex while menstrauting is gross and harmful. We know now its not but want to try different things. Can we do anal sex? Thanks

Dear period and sex,

Yes, anal sex is one way to step it up. Make sure that you are very slippery and he is very slow and gentle on initial penetration of the anus. Anal sex is very nice when your partner knows what he is doing.

Another option is the shower, for easy clean up and menstrual relief. Yes, I said menstrual relief.

This is why I say that. My periods are heavy and I get bad cramps. I have noticed that having sex during my period actually breaks up the clots and helps them get discharged. A douche-bag is handy when you are finished. I find that my cramps go away after this, sometimes not returning until my next cycle.

I do not know who taught you that having sex while on your period was harmful. I was never taught that. I believe that there is a lot of misleading advice out there, for profit reasons.

Think about all the Tylenol, Midol and other drugs that are sold to women because they have been told not to have sex during their period.

What if having sex during your period is one key to reducing or eliminating menstrual issues? It happens to me that way. How may other women use sex instead of drugs to relieve menstrual cramps?

Good Luck!!

There's no reason why you can't have sexual love you. It's really your Comfort that matters. If you do have sexual your avenue. I do suggest to use a couple of towels so that you do not stay the bed line or the bed as blood is hard to get out of the mattress. Anal sex is definitely an option to make sure he wears a condom and make sure that you are comfortable as it can be painful for you. Giving him oral sex is another option as are hand jobs and some other ways that you might find to give him pleasure.

but to answer your question is possible to have sex while you are here.
