Ode to Divorce

My parents recently got seperated. I feel like everything is falling apart. Both of my parents aren't eating very much anymore and my mom is showing some strong signs of depression, nothing suicidal though. My mom has started "re-inventing" herself. She's cut her hair short and highlighted it red and got a tatoo of a butterfly on her lower back. When I asked her about it, she said "I'm not a caterpillar anymore." My sister came home from college for spring break and basically avoided everyone the whole week. I saw her for maybe 15 minutes the whole time. I haven't been sleeping in the last couple of weeks. I've been staying up until 2 and waking up at 7 and have been unable to nap during school or anywhere else(...

Overweight and needing to work out

I'm 5'2" and 170 pounds.
I know I should weigh about 130.
I have dance classes 3 days a week- but I'm still 170. I really don't eat too much (at least I don't think I do). I want to develop and stick to a regular exercise program outside of dance classes but I don't know what to do.
I have a treadmill and an elliptical trainer.
How do I develop my stamina so I can run a mile without stopping?
The MOST I can do is 5 minutes (about 1/2 a mile) at 5 mph without stopping... and then I have to walk for a while.

Today I was searching on my boyfriend's video playlist, and I discovered about 4, maybe 5 pornographic videos...I confronted him about it, and he broke down, saying he had forgotten about them, and that they had been there before we started dating...I think believe him...but I'm still not sure what to think...any thoughts?

How do I clear my history?

I have the sbc yahoo browser and no matter what I do, I can't figure out how to clear my history. I've gone through the whole control panel, internet options, clear history deal and it doesn't work. Is there some special way to do it with this type of browser?

Well In my School There are TWO popular Groups.. I am In one of them.. Barley though.. I am not even that popular i dont even know how i managed that. I mean its not like anyone pays attention to me in that group anyways but sometimes they do.. You can basically say that im the least popular in that group.
Well In the other Popular Group Those Girls are like SOOOOOO PRETTY its not even funny I wanna be just like them.. I wouldnt say i am the ugliest out there and i dont think i really am that ugly but they are drop dead they can get any guy they want. ALL The Popular Cute boys are ALWAYS Hugging them and Talking to them and saying how hot they are.. Well i wanna be treated like that too.

i wear slip on shoes, and theyr low in the front, so if i wear socks, you can see them. but i have stinky feet, so my shoes smell when i dont wear socks. what can i do to stop this?

explain "chick-flicks"

how do you explain what's so appealing about chick-flicks to a guy who really doesn't get it? I would particurarly like to explain why people like the typical best sellers like THE NOTEBOOK, GREASE, DIRT DANICNG, PRETTY WOMAN, TITANIC.. and so on.. cause whenever he asks "why do you like that stupid movie" i say "because i do, its awesome, i enjoy watching it" and he says "thats not good enough, you have to give me a good motivation for hy you like every single one of those movies."
So pretty much - how do you convince a chick-flick-hater by using like one sentence? what can be a good reason for liking chic-flicks?

Working Out

I do cardio 5-6 days a week, but I'm interested in starting weight training/strength training. I have a few questions about this:
1) I am doing abs/arms tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays, and lower body mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. Can I do these all on one days (ex. monday, wednesday, friday?)
2) Can I do abs every day? I have heard mixed opinions. Some people say it's ok to do abs everyday and others say that because abs are a muscle, I should only work them 3 days a week.
3) Do I need to be doing alot of different sorts of weights to see work (ex. Lots of different machines for arms and free weights, etc) or will just a few different exercises show results?

I have several best friends in my life, all of which are beautiful, caring, nice girls. But lately, they've been driving me INSANE. You see, they all have boyfriends, but their boyfriends are complete jerks to them! They convince them to lie to their parents, they take advantage of them when their drunk, they ditch them for their guy friends, they treat them like a piece of dirt, etc. And each one of my friends hates it when their boyfriends do those things, but they still think their boyfriend is the greatest thing in the world. I wish I could make them realize that they deserve sooo much better. I'm tired of them settling for an asshole of a boyfriend just because they NEED a guy to feel good about themselves. I sorta like this guy at my school who is younger than me and is a Sophmore and I'm a Junior,& he plays varsity baseball. I've just been getting over a guy and starting fresh anew. I don't want to get used or my feelings hurt again.. Just about every guy has hurt my feelings, mostly liking me and then turning around and liking someone else or leading me on. I'm scared to try again about this one.He's in my lunch, and I've already talked to a mutual friend about him like asking him his name so he told me. This guy Frank* gives my eye contact, and looks at me, but I usually don't look at him when I see him looking at me. Any takes or suggestions on how to start talking to him?.
