Am I Spelling This Right?

I usually know how to spell, but for some reason, I don't know how to spell today.

Am I spelling 'cliche' right?

I mean it looks right, but I don't know. Help?

"Cliche" is a worn out saying or stereotype, while "clique" is a group of people.

If you are trying to say something like "That is so cliche," than you are spelling it right.

If you are trying to say, "Those girls are in a clique," you are spelling it wrong.

Yea it's right. I looked it up in the dictionary. Perhaps the reason it looks wrong is because the "e" on the end is supposed to have a slash over it.
