are there any websites that you dont have to download anything and you can make youresef look skinnier

The only thing I'm aware of is the program, "Paint." Which is most generally installed on all computers, with Windows XP. You can find this program located in "Accessories," from your start menu.

Upload your picture on your computer, and send it to the program "Paint" for editing. There you will be able to do whatever you'd like, with that particular photo.

ummm... well I think you can use Paint which is automatically on Windows

Just open paint and then go File, Open, Insert picture name, Open

then when the picture is on paint, use the little dots on the edges of the picture to make it smaller Horizontally.... So for an example if the picture is a square, use the dots on the side to make it a rectangle and not so big horizontally.
