I really want to start writing songs. I have a piano and I really want to start experiementing with it and my voice and the sounds I can produce. Regina Spektor is my idol idol idol. She has the sweetest voice ever and is so awesome on the piano. I have things I want write about but I just don't know how to get it down it's sort of swimming around in my brain like fishys :). If anyone could help that'd be so great thank you!!
PS. please don't tell me to buy a book or go out and get something.

Should I quit?

I started playing volleyball and im on the team now. My friend (P) made it too and she's with 1 of her best friends. All the other girls on there I really dont even know them...and the problem is they are not friendly. They are nice and friendly to my friend (P) but not me. Im nice to them but alls they do is completely "ignore" me. Its very ah-nnoying. And everytime I go to practice I feel like a loser because not only are they not even talking to me my friend (P), she is getting all the attention because shes so sweet and shes totally leaving me out of it. So I feel like a pathetic loser now everyime I go to practice. Its Like everyone hates me. I love volley ball but I hate everyone on the team. What Should I do about this? Should I quit?

Lately, I have been extremely thirsty. I do not know what is wrong with me! I weight a normal weight. I thought it might be early signs of diabetes - but i wasn't sure. I know that none of you can diagnose me, but any opinions?

well im friends with this group of people
and when my friend lets call her Sally got in a fight with her best frined lets call Susan.
well they got in a fight for like 2 weeksish and me and sally were always close but then we got really close, and like when her and susan became friends again now im like discluted.
And shes talking on the phone with lets call him Steve. and me her and steve were really close

im like 13 and a half years old and im 5'11'' to about 6' and im 203 pounds. I lost a quick ten pounds lately, but im in fear of gaining it back, and i kind of want to lose maybe 15 or maybe 20 more pounds. I play basketball and I'm to short to ever become a center, the position I play now, in big leagues. So i want to get down to play a small forward position later in high school. So i was wondering if anyone knows a way to lose a quick 15-20 pounds, maybe in like one to two months. Or at most 3-4. In a week I'll be doing some plyometrics after school which is a really hard workout. But any other advice would be great

ok. I've liked this guy since 3rd grade!!(im a junior in hs)I really want to ask him out but I'm afraid of rejection. I've told a couple of his friends i like him so they can hint around and try to see if he likes me too. I recently came out to my family that I've lost 10 pounds in the last two weeks due to not eating and throwing up when I do eat. Now my parents want to send me to an in-patient facility for rehabilitation. I'm really really scared/angry because I think that I can beat this or figure it out myself with a little help from my family...I'm not even that underweight. I feel like this whole thing is ridiculous and I shouldn't have tol them about it. What should I do? I need to convince them otherwise very soon...

hi, well my sister's callanged me to make a meal with ingredients that she's given me. i have to cook for my mum and my sister. one of the main ingredients is chicken breast. Now i was just wandering if someone could give me some recipes for food, like they have in michelin star resterants. like small portions that fill you up. most americans wont know what michelin ratings are because New York only got its guide last year from europe. So can anyone point me in the direction of some recipes? i want it to look really post and fancy, like the chefs do it, so i dont want stuff like stews, or soups, etc.
