Viewing Questions
mp3 player is messed up

I have a SanDisk that holds 2 gb. I love it a lot, considering it holds mass songs (carries over 200). However, when I opened up the folder (F drive) to view the files on my mp3 player, they are all gone! All the songs listed in the "media" folder were gone, and the folder itself was gone, BUT, the songs are still on my mp3 player. I tried searching for the folder, but nothing came up, and I tried going through every folder and still couldn't find it. I don't even recall accidentally deleting it. I am sure I didn't anyway. How can I get the folder back?
Now the songs are stuck on my mp3 player that I would love to delete but can't. If anyone also knows how to delete it on the player, please let me know!! I really wa...

ok on myspace when i click VIEW MORE PICTURES soem people have like a background design on there VIEW PICTURES thingy like when you click it you see all their pictures but also like a layout in the back.
can you tell me where to get those from??

Sleeping problems

Ok so i've had these i guess you'd say sleeping problems i dont sleep as much as i should and well when i sleep my mom and sister say that once in a while i scream in my sleep like i had a bad dream but the thing is that when i wake up i dont remember that happening and i dont remember having any dreams or nightmares or anything so yeha i was jsut wondering if anyone knows what this is or anything and possibly how i could stop this form happening

this could go under a number of catagories... im sorry.
my life is like a freakin train wreck. its one thing after another. family problems, friendship problems, relationship problems... (my ex bf moved 2000 miles away 3 years ago and we are still in love) we broke up cause he moved... im stressing out about school.
i feel like i cant trust anyone, because as soon as i do, they end up walking away from me saying that they cant handle it.
i used to cut. was clean for 7 months then recently started again. i hate my life and at times i want to end it. im more stressed at home than i am at school.
my friend told me to take things one at a time and work on making them better... but im not sure where to star...

cant breath iun track

okay im 13/f and after doing about 2 laps in 2 minutes and 36 seconds i kept on going ( we had to do 4 and a half) it hurt a lot when i was running on my 3rd lap.and when i breathed in and out it was more like gasping . so istarted to walk (it was sooo emberassing i came in dead last ; my coach said its becasue its only my second practice when everyone else has been practicing for 2 weeks) and when i started walking i couldnt breath at all and started to hyperventalate(sp?) i literally felt like i was going to pass out.in a way to describe how i felt it like someone was holding on to my lungs making them not able to get air throught them. can someone please help me by telling me why i feel that way when everyone esle barely breaks a swea...

I love to read. And I found this really great book called just listen by sarah dessen and ive read it like five times and it never seems to get boring. But i need a new book to read. I like books that are written like diaries, like the book It Happened To Nancy. Or the princess Diary series. So if anybody knows any good books like that or anything other then mystery please let me know. THANK YOU.

so on 10|10|06 this guy i liked alot asked me out. his name is joey. he broke up with me about a month after. and i must admit hes my first love. he knows im still not over him. everyone knows. well today on aim i was talking to his best friend Jake. Jake said Joey doesnt like me like that. and i knew that;he also said i just need to find someone else. i have had boyfriends within this time of me still likeing him;i have had 4 realtionships (well 5, one was with the same kid twice so basically 4) but anyway; when joey broke up with me he broke up with me for his ex Kasey - they are now ex's again. i must admit. i thought when they broke up he would ask me out;or to atleast dance at our sch...

Projects with babies..

For a project in health we have to research stuff with babies...and i can't find anything!
we need to look up stuff on a baby from birth-10 months
we have to do 3 charts on Parents Sleep before/after the baby
Diapers used monthly from 0-10 months
and 'parental free time'
it's soppossed to not make us have sex or something idk but i cant find info on that ANYWHERE
and i asked my mom and she was like "i dont remeber. too many diapers not enough sleep"

How To Look Pretty

im 15/f and so. i have a dance next week; a formal one. and i have date.
and i wanna stand out, or look really pretty.
This is usually what i look like at school: i have grayish eyes and i wear black eyeliner and mascara.
What kind of makeup should i wear to the dance.
im part asian so maybe cat eyes might look good... but i dont know...i dont know how to do it. How do I? How can my eyes look super big? and my eyelashes really long? I want my eyes to stand out a lot.
and jewerly, i think im wearing 2 earings cause im doule pierced and a necklace.
Also should i straighten my hair or curl it?

i jsut joined the middle school track tema and i did 3 600's today . i had to wlak on the las lap in a half. and i couldnt breath. it felt like someone was gripping my llung making me not able to breath . adn i felt horrible the whole night after. does anyone have any good tips to feel better, adn why is it that i was the only one who felt really really bad ? thanks

o.k i was going with this boy for 2 years...then after a while we started breakin up then gettin back togther again..finally we decided to break up for good....but after we decided to break up i keep goin to see him and everytime i keep seein him i wanted him back but heres da problem....he got a new girlfriend well he started going wit her the same time he started goin with me...2years ago(tears)...but after all the hurt i still want him back and if he ask to go back wit me i would say yes...should i move on or try and make it work..HELP ME!!!
