People have like glowing stars on their myspace pictures and their names written on their and hearts dotting the "I"
how can i do this?

what program??

Where can i get it from??

I'm not sure about the glowing stars but for the i's dotted with hearts, click on a little T icon after uploading your image then choose this font [after writing what you want it to say]

The program is Photoshop. You can get a 30 day free trial and you can download it at download.com You can also go to this website [ www.lunapic.com ] and you can do really cool effects on your pictures. Make them flash different colors, add things and such & the best part, it's free.
