I'm doing a show at my high school & I'm getting a personal mic. Whenever I see I high school show I always hear them breathing really loud into their mics, and then they sing way to loud and it hurts my ears. I don't want to be like that haha. Does anyone (with expierence, don't just guess please.) have any tips to avoid these things while singing and dancing? Please help and thanks!!

I'm 15/f and my cat is a non-pedigree black and white male ....and he's 7 years old (is that considered a senior?) I should also probably mention that he's been castrated since like 4 months old.
My cat is SUPERR lazy....VERY inactive.....and he just sleeps around the house...in any place he can find to sleep on. He crawls ANYWHERE just to sleep. And he only wakes up when he wants to go to the bathroom. I know that cats are supposed to sleep so much...but he sleeps in the day AND night! He's quite fat also. I'm beginning to worry..because he has breathing problems. And I never want to overfeed him....what should I do? How can I make him more active so he'll live longer and be healthier? Because now, he's just growing fatter and fatter :(

i think this guy likes me. but he's popular. he smiles and stares at me a lot... well at lunch, i was talking with a couple girls and i said this one guy was hot (but i dont like him.) lets call him guy one. well my guyfriend, guyfriend one, pretended that he was gonna tell guy one. well he didnt.

Tangled up in a situation

ya so basically im known around school for being a tomboy who is not interested in boys like crushes, and who just likes them has good friends. One of my friends thats a boy i kinda like him a little bit but i cant let anyone know that because i will feel embarrassed. It will also be mad awkward, i dont act different around him i act the same like i dont care ill spit if i have to and i just act like me. I have liked him since last year and up to this year. I dont want to tell him because that will ruin our friendship. My best bet will be just to stop liking him and just move on with doing whatever i do. Hi my name is Rachel and there is this boy that my friend named him beagle boy. (my friend named Katie gives guys I like some sort of nickname with 'boy' at the end ex: shadow boy, cool boy,and beagle boy) Well I have liked Beagle boy since my freshman year. So, i decided to ask my boyfriend of 5 months if he likes any one else. Well, at first he kinda wasnt answering me straight and then he went to get a drink at the water fountation and then hes like not really i was like its a yes or no question and he got another drink and i was like hello! answer me hes like i told you yes. When he kept saying not really. and so he told me and stuff. And i said something like why dont you go out with her then and hes like well because shes dating somebody and i was like what?? thats your only reason?? and hes like no and because shes half black and stuff but you would think he'd be like well no because i love you and stuff butt NO.
ugh.
what should i do?

Sleep requirements

Ok, so everyone is told that we need a certain amount of sleep every night (usually 8 hours, sometimes more). My question is, does it matter if all X hours are in a row? Or is it equally healthy to, for example, sleep 6 hours and then take a 2 hour nap?
In case there is a difference, I am interested in knowing the answer to this question both from a general health point of view, and also in relation to muscle regeneration (following weight lifting/ fitness activities). Please do answer even if you only know one or the other.

Recently I have become a fanatic of the era of Pride and Prejudice. Now I find myself wanting to talk like they did and read the books they read.. just to expand my mind I guess would be the better way to phrase it. There was this guy we were going out four years ago and I broke it off. I had not seen him since four years ago, then I decided to call him because I felt guilty for the break-up. I mean I am more mature now. We started hanging out again and he has been flirting a lot, I thought he like me, so I started having feelings for him..I told him how I felt last night and he totally rejected me. I wonder why? I thought that being together, I mean after not seeing each other after a long time, was meant to be? I am so confused? what happend?

I've been crying so much over him for little things.
Like lately it's like he doesn't care about things anymore or something or he's lost interest in me..
