ok i have a problem with being a little too much idependent. that i feel like im annoying if i talk to some poeple too much..
i guess its cuz all those people annoy me so much and i dont want to be like them. but i wish i was a little firnedlier.. well seemed liek a friendlier perosn. i dont know sometimes i feel like i come off not very friendly and i want to become more aprroachable and less independant. as in not spending so much time like along but trying to join in with other people..
how do i do that.

how can i build up my confidence to be more outgoing how i used to be.
i dont know how but over the couple of months i tottaly lost all my confidence.
ahh.
so what can i do other than join a sport, cuz its too late for that. and like dress comfortably?
ahh i just dont know but i always seem to put myself down and think like i dont belong i guess?
and thats not how i am.. why do i feel so left out sometimes?
also i sometimes feel ebarrassed to be seen with my best friends frineds... i dont know why.. its not like they are weird or anything. but i just am especially in front of my other friends.

Well I have a great bf, and I love him a ton. My best friend keeps saying that I never talk to him, and she says I know nothing about him. I talk to him on the phone every night, and in school we sit next to eachother. So today walking out of a class my best friend is like ask him how he did on the test, cuz u guys never talk. And I told her that I didn't need her help talking to my bf!! And she should stay out of it. She kind of got annoyed but we both let it go. But she keeps doing it!!! On my last visit, which was the second visit to my new therapist's office she said I was using histrionics and that what I needed to learn how to do in my relationships is be honest. I've been dramatizing and overexaggerating for so long, I'd not thought about the possibility of my not telling the complete truth to therapists. Anyway, I'm feeling like when I talk about it to my new boyfriend, I'm being dramatic or if I cry. I don't even want to emote at all anymore. I'm ashamed of my behavior, needing to manipulate men, needing to be the prettiest, the center of attention. But when I think about not doing that anymore, about talking to him in an unscripted sort of way, I become very anxious. I almost and sometimes will have a panic attack. ...

alright a couple days ago my friend came with me and my mom said she can live with us because she has no home and her dad abuses her and kicked her out
well she was living with her friend and she didn't want to live there anymore because they were about to kick her out anyways so she came over my house to live with me and her dad called the cops and reported her as a runaway
the cops tracked me down with my phone and they took her to westcare which is like a child haven and they said if her dad doesn't want her then they'll call my mom to come get her and have her dad sign the papers so she can be the foster parent of her.
shes like my best friend and they still havent' called
she told me that she hates it there ...
