underage drinking.

ok so heres the deal, i know its illegal to purchase alcohol under 21, does that go for drinking to? and if you got drunk or drank would you be able to be sent to jail for it if your under 21, cuz ive been wasted and im 13.. i know what could happen being underage, do lecture me, im just wondering, and i havent drank since that i can remember.

Okay so my best friend's gonna have sweet 16 soon, its going to be on the 25th this month and I am in charge of the songs...
I usually listen to rock( although i do prefer rap and hip hop songs at the parties...)
but she loves rap and hip hop..

i forgot my myspace password and soo i had it sent to my email address like you're supposed to, but im not getting the email.
its been a few hours, and its not in my junk mail or anything. its hotmail, if that matters.
my friend sent a pw retrival email to her email address and already got it.
does anybody know why im not getting this email??

dude my mom is so gay. she is trying to make me feel guilty for no reason. she always yells at me and i hate it! she drinks and smokes when i told her don't do it around me. she does it anyways. then she cusses me out all the time. when i didn't do anything. i hate it. i just wish she would die. i hate her. i want to move out forever! what can i do. my brother said i could move in with him when he gets a house. and my aunt said the same thing.! help what can i do?

i like this guy named sevvy. we're in 8th grade and we talk almost every night on this other kid, randall's forum. about a week ago we were discussing religion on there from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM. we have different views on religion, but we both made each other think. i told him we should talk like that in person and he said "actually i was thinking the same thing". we only have one class together and hardly ever talk, but he says random things to me more than he used to, and maybe he just thinks we're better friends now. but i actually like him. and he's kind of nerdy so maybe he thinks i wouldn't like him or something. but i don't know if i should tell him or not, it might make me seem like a fool. please help!

i'm not sure whether i'm straight, bi, or lesbian. I go to an all girls school and i have crushes on girls, but when i'm outside of school i'm generally attracted to guys. like once i know a girl for a while i form a crush, whereas if i meet a cool, hot guy i am immediately attracted.
it's hard to meet people because my school is so small.
any suggestions on where i should go, what i should do to meet people, whether it be guys or girls to figure out who i'm really interested in? i've done random stuff, but never been in a relationship, which is kinda pathetic, but i'm busy with school, soccer etc

are there any websites that tell what the starting pay is for places like handel's, ritter's, etc? if anyone works at any of these places and knows, please let me know. i'd also like to know which pays the best out of:
handel's, steak n' shake, target, marsh, ritter's, starbucks
and which one you guys think would be the best place for meeting people during work.

i am 5'7 and my weight fluxuates from 124-128. i haven't gone above 130 in a few months because i watch what i eat. would you be able to tell me what my ideal caloric intake should be? and what exercises you think i should do each day to keep me at this weight? my abs are really toned because i do ab workouts all the time, so i'm pretty set with that. and recently i find myself snacking a bit more than i used to, could you tell me some ways to fight my cravings and some substitutes? it's usually things like fig newtons (even though they're the low-fat kind and i only eat a few, they're probably not hte best thing to snack on.)

okay so i pretty much hate my mom
we havent got along at all this year
and shes always cussin at me, calling me names and i hate it cuz ill be at school and then once i face her at home its like i wish i was dead, or ran away or something where i never see her again.
and then shes always blaming me on everything.
and she does drink alot of beers which kind of bugs me as well
and im just wondering if you can be put into child service or something on your say?
youll pry say ill miss my mom but im not joking, i noe some kids who wish they could runaway but then there problems get better. MINE HASNT!
