some guys really get into it because they like it who knows why, or he may just be trying to give you pleasure. It is probably more that he likes to do it. Guys just get turned on because they are turning you on its a sense of accomplishment like for example if you give some guy head and he feels pleasured. Think of it this way, do you like giving head? If so why do you like it is it the smell or taste? Or do you like just the fact you are pleasuring him? It's that type of thing.
