Hm, I once saw an interesting myspace picture where this girl drew a really intricate pattern on her driveway in chalk. Then she lay on her back on the pattern and had a friend take the picture.
If you want something like that, you could try drawing angel wings on the driveway and lying down on them, or drawing a crazy hat and lying down with your head under it, etc.

Sit indianstyle in your pictures. Hold your camera above your head & look up. If you can get the way you're sitting into the picture as well, that'd make it better. Or, lay on your stomach with your feet in the air outside or something.

You can either pose in the mirror looking away from the camera, or hold the camera abotu arms length from your face, pout out your lips, and take a picture that way. No one has ever done those before.
