are there any websites that tell what the starting pay is for places like handel's, ritter's, etc? if anyone works at any of these places and knows, please let me know. i'd also like to know which pays the best out of:
handel's, steak n' shake, target, marsh, ritter's, starbucks
and which one you guys think would be the best place for meeting people during work.
any other suggestions would be great too! thanks

ok, i work at a target...
its not that bad. Depending on where you live i guess has a little bit to do with the pay. I'm in NY... and to start, will be around $7.50 an hour. Talking from expirience from this place, thats a great place to work at if you want to get to meet a lot of people! It can really be fun! You get to be around soooo many people.. specially if you're a cashier... which i am haha!
About anywhere else, not really sure, nor about the amount that they will start you off with, because that really is up to your interviewrs and how much your state might pay and what not...

hco_babe answered Sunday May 20 2007, 5:29 pm: starting pay depends on the state you live in, not necessarily the restaurant. most of the restaurants you listed off, however, will probably start at about $6.50 for minimum wage. [ hco_babe's advice column | Ask hco_babe A Question ]
