My BMI is 23.5, which is average, but I look so fat!
What is the most efficient way to lose weight, without starving?
I can't work out now but in a month, when school ends I can.

Hello, first I'd like to give some background info that might help you: I'm a 19 yr. old female, about 5'6", 143lbs (according to my scale), a big tea/coffee drinker, and i tend to eat late a lot. I just finished my freshman year of college and I literally gained 15 pounds! It's now summer and I was just wondering how I could lose weight before school starts or maybe even after a month (wishful thinking)! Could you please tell me how to work out, change my habits, and what/what not to eat?
Additional info: I might not have a lot of time to exercise due to work, but I could do simple things like jogging or crunches, but a gym membership is out of the question.

I'm a 23yr old guy & i'm frustrated because of my weight...as a child i used to be chubby, but i lost the fat round about 18, i did some weight lifting and the results were quite impressive...6 months ago i started developing a tummy & lately none of jeans fit "comfortably" like they used to.i think the cause of this is my hectic schedule because as a student & I'm continuously studying so i can't stick to my exercise regime-i actually stopped a while ago...but some say its genetic..
I want to be a hunk again, i want a 6pack and chiseled muscles...i'm thinking of taking supplements...how do i get back into shape???????

Hi, i work out a lot and i am not the curviest girl. However, I have hips and a booty. See my problem is a woman told me that all people who have abs or a six pack have no shape in their waist.
It really bothered me because since i am black it is assumed that I am supposed to have a big butt and large breast. I am the opposite, I am a big b cup small c cup and I have a decent sized booty. I mean i wear a size 0-2, I have always been a slender girl. My measurements are 29-23-36. But some of the people I am around think that i am too small or have no shape. Some even say that i am less of a black girl because I am not thick enough to be considered a true black girl. I didn't know that it would bother me ...

Since it's the summer for me, I wanted to start an excersize I can do daily and enjoy the warm weather. I wanted it to be something like walking or running, but I dont think walking does that much for your body, so I was leaning more towards running.
The problem is, I have trouble when I try to run. My teeth feel like there's something wrong with them, like they're bleeding or something. It sounds really weird and i'm going to go to my doctor about it because I want to do a running type excersize this summer, but I wanted to know if you guys have ever come into contact with a problem like that. Thanks.
Oh and I'm an 18 year old girl if that makes a difference.

i just started a keto diet today. and i excersised this morning for 40 minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes weight liftining
how long will it take to deplete my liver of glyocogen and when will i enter ketosis?!

i am not chubby, like with extra fat, but i have a lot of curves
my arm muscles are big and my thighs butt and boobs are big. how do i make them smaller without getting bigger muscle? i want to be slimmer and not so curvy.

okay, i wanna loose up to 10 pds before summer starts. it starts in about alomst a month or so and i dont know how to keep a daily diet and how to stop me from eating bad and unhealthy foods. im 16 and 5'4 and weigh 151. any suggestions pleaseee?

I'm a sixteen year old female guitarist. I enjoy playing acoustic guitar most. I play a lot, but my bar chords don't really ring and have a lot of dead strings, especially in the first few frets. I think this is because I don't have a lot of hand strength. Are there any exercises suited to small hands that will both help me with finger strength and not give me any more calluses and "man-hands" than I have?

I'm 13 years old, am 5 feet 2 in and weigh 140 lbs. i have a 28.5 waist line... i used to have 30.2 waistline. i excercise every day...it's been like 2 or 3 months since i have. i do 130 crunches and 50 pushups every day. my weight used to be 133 and i had a 30 in waistline. now i have a 28.5 waistline and weigh 140 lbs? i dont understand... my father says that it's just the muscles forming my body to look slimmer but become heavier from all the so called muscle i have. it isnt really clear to me... can u explain to me what's goin on with my body?

i am about to start a "keto diet" where you eat a lotttt of fat and protein and basically 0 carbs except the little that you get in greens. and you "carb up" one day a week. has anybody done this? experienced people only please. what kind of fat loss can i expect? im just trying to lose the last pounds of fat on my body so i look lean for summer (:

I would like to lose 36 pounds before August 16th. I know that's a lot. It is 3 pounds per week. I've heard that if you are obese enough then it is healthy to lose that much per week. I have also heard conflicting information that you should never try to lose that much that fast. My BMI is currenty 36. I weigh 215 pounds and want to weigh 179 by that date so that I am no longer considered obese. Thank you!

I do not have a steady schedule, sometimes I am up all night and sometimes I'm up all day. I am working out and I would like to make sure when I eat doesn't effect all my work during the day. I am planning on working out for 30-45 minutes a day and eating no more than 1700 total calories (1500 is the basic goal, 1700 is my splurge max). If I do eat at let's says 4 in the morning, how long should I wait before I go to bed? Or does it not matter as long as I am burning off enough calories throughout the day?

well im 15 and 5'9 .. i am skinny, but have a tiny pooch, and i have big hips so i have little love handles, also i have big ribs so i cant be as skinny as i want because im built big, but does anyone have any tips on how i can have tight abs and get rid of my tiny lovehandles?

ohkay soo for my birthday which is in like less than a month I am getting my belly button pierced, but I want to loose my fat on my stomach and make it hard. What would be your exercise routine you would give me? I'm not like fat just my stomach is like a little bit big.

Ok. So i have read that the best thing to do is start simple and move up. Right now I do about 10 minuites high impact one day and maybe 20 minutes low impact another day maybe like 5 days a week. I have heard on this though that it is better to do a longer period of time, So how does this sound...(I do aerobics and belly dancing) I can do 30 minuites I will do maybe 20 minuites low impact and then 10 minuites high impact, or like 2-10 minuite high impact with a 10 minuite low impack in between and i will do this 3-4 times a week. Is this a better idea? I am working out for moderate paced weight loss and a life long change.

ok my cousin is getting married July 4th and i'm a bridesmaid who's gonna be wearing a shortish summertime kinda dress. so naturally i wanna look GOOD and i'd like to lose around 10 pounds for this to happen. i don't have gym access and i live in georgia so it's BLAZING HOT to run outside but i have a treadmill and a couple of 8 pound weights at home. i know i can do it if i really stick to it but the problem is i lose motivation sooo easily. i'll do really good and work out hard for a week or two but then i just lose interest and quit and i'll be super mad at myself. how can i stay motivated for just over a month?? [and also because it's almost summer time too!] i can't work out with a friend, so all i have is me and my house. i already li...
