losing weight..help! okay, i wanna loose up to 10 pds before summer starts. it starts in about alomst a month or so and i dont know how to keep a daily diet and how to stop me from eating bad and unhealthy foods. im 16 and 5'4 and weigh 151. any suggestions pleaseee?

stay away from pop, candy, bread, potatoes, and noodles. Anything white would be your best bet i have lost 50lbs and im only 13. Whenever you see food that is fatting just tell yourself i dont need that. Put goals up for yourself. If this doesn't work talk to your doctor they have all diffrent types of diet charts you can go by but you have to stick with it..

just give up sugary drinks/food and foods that are heavy oily or hve a lot of cheese just doing that will make a difference and you should also work out for 30mins on the side heres what you should eat and do
Morning: wake up early go for a walk come home exercise crunches,situps,weight lifting then make yourself an omelette with toast and have skim milk and a few fruits on the side or if you dont want eggs get special K and have a bowl with skim milk.
Lunch: Eat a light salad or fruits and veggies you can have dip with the veggies but not a lot and drink fresca which is juice without sugar but tastes awesome or have water or milk.
Dinner: Have fish, noodles, pasta with only a little cheese,red meat or boiled veggies.
If you get hungry in the middle of any of these meals have fruits or veggies because they dont make you gain anything you can have as much as you want. Also have a lot of water!!!!
