I'm 13 years old, am 5 feet 2 in and weigh 140 lbs. i have a 28.5 waist line... i used to have 30.2 waistline. i excercise every day...it's been like 2 or 3 months since i have. i do 130 crunches and 50 pushups every day. my weight used to be 133 and i had a 30 in waistline. now i have a 28.5 waistline and weigh 140 lbs? i dont understand... my father says that it's just the muscles forming my body to look slimmer but become heavier from all the so called muscle i have. it isnt really clear to me... can u explain to me what's goin on with my body?
hear2listen answered Sunday May 24 2009, 7:20 pm: the type of exercise you are doing is called burn/feed. what you are doing is burning fat and feeding muscle. muscle ways more then fat. so you are losing your fat weight but gaining muscle weight. if you just want to lose weight and not gain muscle weight change your work out style.
