Does running actually help to lose weight in my thighs? And if if i run everyday by the 11th day will the weight go down?

parts of your body but every one is different. it is a good idea to build a routine and try to run every day but you may not necessarily loose all the weight you want to by the 11th. another way to tone your body is to build muscle. so in addition to running you could do some thigh strengthening exercises (squat thrusts, lunges, etc.) to help loose thigh weight and tone your legs.
one thing i've noticed is that people start working out and its tough in the beginning and they don't see results right away so they stop, but running is very good for you and your body and you WILL loose weight IF you keep to the routine, so keep it up!
