if you wear a backbrace will breast develope?

I am a 13 year old girl and I had started my period a year and a half ago. My breast are still the same size as they were a year and half ago but I also started wearing a back brace because the doctor suggested me to put on one because I have scoliosis. But ever since I was wearing a backbrace (for a year & 2 months) My breast did not develop a bit. My question is, are my breast not developing because I wear a backbrace? If you know someone that has been wearing a backbrace did there breast develop while wearing one?

Tampons

hey...13/f...im thinking about changing to tampons soon because i believe that they are better since i play alot of sports. It will be my first time and im REALLY scared. Does it hurt when it goes in for the first time? Will popping my cherry hurt? Should i do it now? I think im ready but im not sure. Every is telling me to relax but i cant! Maybe if i learn more about it i will calm down. Anways. Please Help!!

boobs

I have really small boobs
They look un proportinate to my body
Becuase I look like the type that would have really big boobs
Im 5'6 and I am an 34 A!
I wear a push up bra but honestly it doesnt seem to create cleavage at all
Is there anything I can do?
and Another question, I wear those bra padding things but they are constantly coming out during the day, is there a special way to make them stay in place?

My tampons always leak. When I take it out, there is almost not blood on it! How did it manage to leak if it never soaked anything up? What can I do?

Well to start off I absolutely love milk! White or chocolate, I still love it. I drink it every day, getting my recommended, 3 glasses a day (and at a lot of times even more). I've been drinking it since I was 2, since before that I was lactose-intolerant before, but now I have no problem with it..
Until a few days ago I drank milk one morning. Not thinking much of it, I started getting really bad stomachaches just a couple of hours later. They were so awfully bad I couldn't pay attention in class, I felt like I was trembling inside. Laying down in the Health Room did not help. I tried drinking water, but it just made it worse. Later on, just before lunchtime I got sick in the bathroom. A half hour later it went away.

Quitting Smoking

I am a smoker. I plan to quit.
A high percentage of smokers gain weight when they quit. I am already overweight, and am trying to loose, not gain.
So, my question is this:
What can I do to keep from adding extra pounds?
Please, if you don't have an intelligent answer, don't bother wasting my time and yours.

I have the hardest time sleeping at night. This has only been affecting me for about this past week. Before then, I had a regular sleeping pattern.
During the week last week, I'd go to sleep around 9:30 PM then wakeup around 1:00 AM Or 2:00 AM and not be able to go back to sleep.
During the weekend, I couldn't go to sleep until around 4:30 AM then I'd wake up around 2:00 PM.
How can I get back on a regular, healthy sleep routine? Please don't suggest Benadryl, I've tried that already and still no luck.

head ache powder addiction

whenever iam at my cousins house and i have a headache I take a headache powder and sometimes i take like 3 headache powders daily when iam over at her house becouse i know when i go home my mom won't have any in her medicine case so i won't be able to take any at my house all week so i take as many as i can whenever iam at my cousins house.
my cousin is worried that iam addicted to taking them becouse she said that a whole 50 pack of headache powders was used up in a week and she said i must have took them becouse besides me shes the only one who uses them and she says i need to stop taking them while i can and iam not to addicted to them becouse she says if i don't i'll have an ulser before long am i addicted and if iam how do i stop taking headache powders?

i wanna lose weight. the thing is, i'm hardly hungry but i've got a horrible appetite for anything and everything fatty - chocolate, ice cream, fries, if it's bad for you, i crave it constantly. how do i tame my appetite? or at least not yield to it all the time? help!

OK this is a reallllly weird question, But me and my friend are 13, and she is in a size 36 A and i'm in a 30-32 A.....and she alrdy has cleavage!!! But i dont, and i was wondering how big your boobs have to be to get cleavage lol, i was wondering if there is anything i can do to get it?

Braces?

Ok, i have braces, and i only need them for a year. I already have Natural Discoloration in my teeth, and i've noticed my teeth are getting like kind of stains on them i think from the braces, but i cant tell. I brush my teeth pretty well and use mouthwash and i brush them alot. does anyone who HAD braces know if when they take the braces off and you have stains they whiten your teeth? i'm so worried i'm gonna have stains!!!

I started my period for the first time on December 3, and it ended December 11. Also, i was supposed to start again on December 30, because it was 4 weeks later. However, i haven`t started yet, and it`s been a week. is it normal for 5 weeks and a day to be between my periods?

13/f i've been having my period for 10 months now but anyways, when i woke up this morning there was this HUGE spot of blood on my pajama pants and now i have another dot about the size of a quarter on my shorts. how do i make it stop going thru? i switch like 3 or 4 times a day but it still goes thru, and im worried that it will happen at school one day i use thick pads already.
