What your actually taking is (acetyloxy bezoic acid) comes in crystal or powder form, used analgesic, antipyretic, and antirheumatic....Not only could you get an ulcer, the headache powder(aspirin)also thins the blood, thus preventing your blood to clot, like it supposed to, and your ALT count in your liver is probably sky rocketing, that could result in scaring, and constant use eventually could result in cirrosis of the liver, but that is the worse case scenario...so if this alone doesnt make you stop taking aspirin like its candy, I guess you also need to tell your aunt and cousin to hide it or stop buying it, so you cant get your "NEED" for it out of your system. And when your at home you dont take it, so what do you use there..try something else, other than aspirin, maybe lay down, close your eyes --deal with it...Im sure you'll be fine...Good_luck...

Yeah. You need to lay off the headache powder. I don't know what kind she had, but I found Goody's and BC online and they both contain aspirin, and, depending on the forumlation, sometimes caffeine, acetaminophen (Tylenol), pseudoephedrine (Sudafed), or dyphenhydramine (Benadryl).

The three main worries are the aspirin, the caffeine, and the rebound headaches. The aspirin can cause ulcers and bleeding in your stomach. That's not fun. The caffeine can actually cause headaches and it can be habit-forming, if not truly addictive. Constantly treating headaches leads to rebound headaches, which means that you get to a point where you get headaches every time you aren't taking medicine for it. You need to go off all Tylenol, Ibuprofen, aspirin, Naproxen, etc. for about 3 days to get back to normal. You should also avoid all sources of caffeine, including chocolate, coffee, tea, and sodas, during that time. You'll probably have fewer headaches if you stop treating them for a while.

Good luck,

Sabine

Ask her to hide them from you and make sure she DOESNT tell you even HINTS about where it is. And tell her not to let you go search around, and tell her to put it in a really good hiding spot. If you can't find it, you won't be able to have it, and then soon you probably won't be so addicted anymore.
