but dont not eat, you'll just bloat. eat healthy, and also if youre eating meals eat on smaller plates, i know it sounds kinda weird but it makes your portions smaller. trust me it works!!
dorito0903 answered Sunday January 7 2007, 10:29 pm: i actually asked myself that, and ive been doing these simple things, and their working!
1. give up all pop. drink only water, juice, milk, those type of things.
2.start taking vitamins everyday (but make sure they dont have too much vitamin A, because too much vitamin A causes liver damage)
3.do different ab exercizes for a half hour every other day (everyday causes your muscles to stress, then muscles cant build)
4.run or walk for 10-20 minutes each day, as a cardio workout (do whatever feels comfortable, although the more you do, the better the work out is, and this, you can do every day)
5.make better snack choices, it deosnt mean cutting out snacks, just make better choices. for example, instead of the bowl of ice cream, have a frozen fruit bar.

First you need to burn off all the fat before you try and tone it. So do aero, run, cardio, etc. When you've lost all your belly fat, start doing curl ups and crunchs.
xomichelle891xo answered Sunday January 7 2007, 10:10 pm: Well, firstly eat healthy! That means cutting out all the junk food out of your diet and replacing it with more protein, fruits, and vegetables. Also, you need to do cardio. Running, jumping, etc. Fianlly most importantly, AB excercises! These are key. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
