actually, you really don't have to drink 8 glasses of water everyday. i'm sure no one follows it at all since everyone's busy and stuff like that. my doctor told me as long as your urine is a pale yellow, you're not dehydrated which means you're drinking enough water. but if you want to stay on task with drinking water, just drink water every time you eat or when you're thirsty instead of soda.

when they say you need 8 glasses of water, that's only 64 ounces of water. You said you don't want to do this, but what i really suggest is just getting a nalgene and bringing it to class. It fits right into a backpack pocket and is INDESTRUCTABLE. that's what i do, because it's 32 ounces, so if i drink two of those throughout the day, i'm all set! it's easier than having this many and that many cups with each meal

Hmm, okay have a glass of water by your bed every night/morning

When you get up and get all ready for school, drink a glass of water. at breakfast try to drink two or 1. during lunch try to drink 2 and after school when you get home drink one. during dinner drink 1 or 2. wait how many is that? 5 minimum. b/w dinner and when you get ready for bed drink one. right before you go to sleep drink one. the other one...well
