If you're stressing out, you probably won't get it.

easilyfixed answered Monday January 8 2007, 3:23 pm: like the person said below me, it depends on your age. most teens periods are kind of off balance until they've had it for a a few years. of course, you might also be stressed about something going on in your family life, school life, or just plain...life.

The same goes with if you are taking birth control. It is a side effect of the drug. I can't accurately explain what causes this side effect, so I will not elaborate on that which I do not know for fact.
