Yes they do.You shouldnt wear them that often cuz you can get toxic shock syndrome which is a disease you get from tampons...its dangerous,dont put in tampons unless your going swiming or something like that cuz imagine...having all that blood trapped in for hours and hours....and that blood is suppoesd to come out!If your getting any sickness from it then completly stop using it and see a doctor.DONT EVER SLEEP WITH IT IN YOU!!

it's called TSS or toxic shock syndrome.
you can get it when you leave your tampon in for more than 8 hours. The tampon is basically clogging your vagina.
