I started my period for the first time on December 3, and it ended December 11. Also, i was supposed to start again on December 30, because it was 4 weeks later. However, i haven`t started yet, and it`s been a week. is it normal for 5 weeks and a day to be between my periods?
Thanks.

isis answered Sunday January 7 2007, 5:14 pm: Don't worry, it's perfectly normal. Periods are always erratic for at least the first couple of years. You may not get another for six months, it may happen next week. They will settle down to a pattern, but give them time. Just make sure you always have sanitary protection at home for when it's needed and you'll be fine. [ isis's advice column | Ask isis A Question ]
