I have really small boobs
They look un proportinate to my body
Becuase I look like the type that would have really big boobs
Im 5'6 and I am an 34 A!
I wear a push up bra but honestly it doesnt seem to create cleavage at all
Is there anything I can do?
and Another question, I wear those bra padding things but they are constantly coming out during the day, is there a special way to make them stay in place?

I have your size also. Your tall and yes, you might think a tall person should have big boobs! It's like having small feet for a tall person. Don't worry!
It's possible your not wearing a right push up bra. Victoria Secrets have small push up bras that will make you have 'more cleavage'. For camisoles, there are padded camisoles also to make you have more. Swimming suits also include padding and dresses. Try to find those type of clothing to look like you have something. Try to buy a bra that's a size bigger. Because your tall and wear a smaller size bra, you will grow and your boobs will match your body...it takes a little time though. Good LUck!

Honestly, your breast size is not a big concern, really. This is depending on your age, of course, but if you're in your teens you definitely have time to grow. Some people don't fully develop until their college years -- it's completely normal. So you definitely still have time to grow.
A push up bra is a great way to boost cleavage and/or create it. Sorry you're not having much luck with them, but I have a bra I would like to recommend for you. It makes you appear one cup bigger:

it also depends on how old you are and if your on the thin side. no, bras are not going to prevent your boobs from growing..you might want to make sure your bra is as tight as possibbble it should be like a second skin...big boobs aren't always attractive.you could get a water bra but really youll still what you have when it comes off. its really not big deal and some shirt styles even look better on small chestted women use debra messing the red head from will and grace she has small boobs and she attractive so are some models.besides you might still be growing. ive heard of 18 year old still not being fully developed. if you feel insecure about your boobs then play up other features about your self that you feel more confident about. but theres really nothing to be embarrased about.

Yeah exactly what she said about the running and moving alot part. But i have never heard of pushup bras stunting boob growth. I wear pushup bras and they havent stunted anything. Maybe go to Victoria Secret and they will hook you up with a push up that actually works.

first off push up bras can make it so that your boobs dont grow. Girls get boobs at different times. I have never had to have this but I have heard water bras are good. But seriously big boobs arent that great. Especially when you run! Just be patient.
