LOUDER!!

my volleyball coach has been telling me that I need to step out of my bubble and be louder. she says that she needs to be able to hear me 1 court down. If it helps, i'm a quiet person and not like the loud and excited girls. I am sort of shy but I have some friends. My question is how can I be louder?? I was thinking that when i'm home alone I could practice being as loud as possible, but I don't want to lose my voice after that. Any ideas?

progress tracking

Does anyone know of anywhere on the internet or anywhere else where you can track your progress of losing weight? Or know any way of tracking it that actually shows if you are making progress? I have currently started excersizing more and eating a little healthier, but I would like somewhere I can keep track of that. All help is appreciated!

hi i have to do an STSE assignment (science, technology, society, and environment) on Hydrocarbons. Does anyone know any issues related to hydrocarbons and how they can affect STSE?. Issues relating to benzene or something. please help im stuck in a rut. =(.

i've been friends with benefits with this guy (my best friend) for 2 years! well on and off. there were some actual relationships with other people scattered through the years. anyway...we have never kissed!! not even a little peck! I always found it weird that we haven't....considering we've done almost everything else with each other. he's said that he wants to kiss me and i've told him that i did too and we've had sooo many oportunities but neither of us just went for it.

How soon will I see results?

[I know no one can give me a definate answer, I'm just looking for a vague estimation]
I'm a little bit chubby, not obese or anything [I'm naturally skinny I just eat too much and do no exercise]
So I went from doing no exercise and eating like a pig all the time to having track practice for an hour and a half 5 times a week, and eating well.
About how soon will I start seeing results? I only started Monday, but I can already feel my muscles toning up a little.

So the guy I like is so overly nice to me, but I worry that hes just leading me on. He always tells me that Im amazing/incrdible, that I look good, that he misses me, etc. Weve even stayed up til 4 talking on the phone before. i hear that he flirts with other girls, but i dont actually see him doing it so idk if hes the same with all of them. How far will guys really lead you on? Is that what this ones doing?

My bgf told me he loves me and i think i may love him too. We most likely are going to be starting a serious relationship soon, well as soon as im ready. who knows how long that will be lol! but i know he wants a relationship and really cares about me. like i said he just told me he loves me. anyways i knew moving was a possibility but now its a pretty good chance meaning most likely. if you get what i mean. tho my parents are (of course) all like well you never know we might stay blah, blah. i know that we basically will with a small chance of actually staying. ANYWAYS i really want to tell my bgf esp. if we start a relationship. i just want him to know what could happen. my mom says if i do he will be like good bye! but he wouldnt do that...

Ok im 14 & im a female.
Me & my boyfriend just started dating & i like him alot. Problem is, im in the 8th grade & hes in the 7th grader(but he failed so hes suppose to be in 8th grade), so we have no classes together. And he has to take intensive classes so we cant have electives together either. The good thing though is I live in the neighborhood right next to his, so I can walk over there, even though its a 15 minute walk. But still, we obviousley dont hang out as much as he wants us too, because this is the 2nd time we went out, & last time he broke up with me because we never got to see each other.
