hi i have to do an STSE assignment (science, technology, society, and environment) on Hydrocarbons. Does anyone know any issues related to hydrocarbons and how they can affect STSE?. Issues relating to benzene or something. please help im stuck in a rut. =(.

Hydrocarbons are substances such as natural gas and oil.
If they include benzene, they're aromatic hydrocarbons.
I'll give you a couple of hints, because obviously you haven't tried researching...
Benzene is a carcinogen.
You burn most hydrocarbons... any ideas as to what that could lead up to?

well im not studying anything close to wat your studying really so my best advice that i can give you without totalyl screwing you up is go on google and type in your question and im sure it will have an answer for you! even if i wasnt of much use i still hope this kinda helped you!
