progress tracking

Question Posted Wednesday November 28 2007, 6:32 pm

Does anyone know of anywhere on the internet or anywhere else where you can track your progress of losing weight? Or know any way of tracking it that actually shows if you are making progress? I have currently started excersizing more and eating a little healthier, but I would like somewhere I can keep track of that. All help is appreciated!

This might sound like a dumb answer, but why don't you just write it down on a piece of paper?
