uh, to begin -- i dated this guy, Jason, from 8th grade to sophomore year, but then we broke up. However, throughout that whole time, i was best friends with a guy, Chad. He was always there for me, and i could always talk to him. However, going into junior year [single, that is] chad and i went to the homecoming dance together, and from there he told me how he has had feelings for me since 8th grade. The first thought that came into my head was that i did not want to wreck our friendship. Sometime in December though, i started to get feelings for him. How do you break up with a guy without hurting his feelings? But without telling him the truth, he is bigger and i'm not physically attracted to that? We were friends before we started dating and i want to go back to being friends? Thanks!

GIRL QUESTION!
I have a few questions about periods, I tried searching on google but I got links that showed me what and how a period is. Please help!
I've had my period for almost 2 years now and i'm still using pads.... is that normal?? I tried a tampon once and it hurt sooooooooo badly! So the next time, i wanted to try again but it hurt even more. is this normal?
another question is- is there anyway I can make less blood come out on say like the 2nd day of my period? (without medications...) If you're wondering, its cuz I play a sport and we have a 4 hour practice on saturdays and tomorrow is supposed to be my biggest flow.

ok, this is going to be kind of long... I am in a relationship with this perfect guy, he seems like the perfect guy for me!! :) and i have never been happier in any other relationship. so we just hit our 4th mnth, and this is my 3rd relationship in my entire life. and i have never kissed a guy before (as in with tongue and all), untill i dated this guy, and so he is experienced and has gone up to third base, i havent gone anywhere, only 1st base! nothing compared to him.. the problem is, i dont want to move to second or third base yet, because i dont like my boobs being touched or any type of oral sex or groping and etc. whenever we kiss he touchs my back and so that is the only place he touchs, im happy he respects the fact that i dont fee...

Reaching higher notes than usual

This is a bit of a tabu question. I am a singer. I have been told by a few teachers that I am a second soprano. i have always felt like I have the potential to reach higher notes but have never gotten past an E. ( now I am no expert. but it should be about an octive higher than the open E on the guitar. The smallest last string). Last night in the shower, I was pleasing myself, and i felt like singing for some reason. When I started singing, I was able to reach 2 full notes past what I normally can. I believe that would make it a G. Very clear, very easy on my throat. When I sat up and tried to do it it was scratchy and hurt my throat. ok so about three weeks ago i met this guy through a mutual friend,last friday we went out ( a group of 4 for us) my friend her boyfriend and this guy friend.. you kinda could say it was a double date sort of a thing... we went to a club so it was hard to keep a decent conversation cause of the music and all.. so we got speakin( watever we could hear of eachother) he told me he liked me and i felt that he genualy did seem very interesed in me. i didnt want to take things to the next level and kept holding back... as in i didnt wanna makeout with him the first time we went out and give a bad impression.. but somehow i regret it and feel that he might have thought that i wasnt that interesed or something
