I got my yellow lab, Dallas, when i was in kindergarten, (15f) and ever since i LOVE HIM TO DEATH i can not imagine life worth living without my sweetypie in my life. hes big (not fat, just large in size) a little larger than most labs, and i just love to cuddle up with him, hes warm, cuddly, fluffy, and so so so soft, hes the best thing that ever happend to me! he is extremely people friendly, and greets me EACH AND EVERY day when i get home from school! my mom even says to him in the morning..."dallas, go wake them up" and he comes waddling up those stairs perky and happy, and pushes the cracked open door in my room completely open, and just gives me kisses and wags his tail. Ps he has had like no training whatsoever...he is LOADED with personality!

If you like reptiles, anoles make great pets. They are very small and cute lizards that you can most likely find at your pet store. I've had them before and you can even hold them if they get used to you. Rats make WONDERFUL pets. They are small, but so sweet, cute, and loving! I have two. You can even let them run around a room in your house if you "rat proof" it. Almost all animals can make great pets, and you can research any type of pet online and see if they seem like the right type of pet for you. chimpleton answered Friday December 7 2007, 5:35 pm: It all depends on what you are looking for in a pet. If you want something that looks good but is fairly low maintaince, a fresh water fish aquarium is fine, and so are most reptiles because they don't need much interaction or to be fed often. If you want something cuddly, you might want to go with a puppy, a cat, or a rabbit. If you want something outright cool and unusual, it will cost you, but it will be cool and unusual, like a python or something. Really, it all depends on what you want. chickchat17 answered Friday December 7 2007, 5:06 pm: oh, gosh. fish are usually good for most people. see if anyone in your family is allergic to a pet before you get one. I like most every animal, but dogs, horses, and chickens are my favs. (poodles, mutts, or labs, arabian horses, french silkies-chickens) [ chickchat17's advice column | Ask chickchat17 A Question ]

These dogs are sooo sweet and loveable and they learn tricks really fast. I've owned/ do own 2 of them, and they are the best kind of dog for anyone. They are extremely good with children and other pets and are very calm. But they will for sure protect you if they think you're in any danger. I think they are the perfect pet.
Hope that helped some. :] [ cOws_in_yOur_tuba's advice column | Ask cOws_in_yOur_tuba A Question ]
