If I were you, I would forget about him and go read more books in your free time. I would also recommend studying more in school, especially in language arts. Probably not what you want to hear, but you need it.

It all depends on what you are looking for in a pet. If you want something that looks good but is fairly low maintaince, a fresh water fish aquarium is fine, and so are most reptiles because they don't need much interaction or to be fed often. If you want something cuddly, you might want to go with a puppy, a cat, or a rabbit. If you want something outright cool and unusual, it will cost you, but it will be cool and unusual, like a python or something. Really, it all depends on what you want.

Whatever you do, be extremely careful on the internet. There are predators that prey upon people your age. Never give away your identity or location and especially NEVER agree to meet someone somewhere that you met on the net. Just make friends at school, or also, many churches have youth groups or you can join a sport and make friends there. I would say to avoid making friends on the net altogether.

my sister and i always snoop out presents, so we know what we're getting every year. this year, the main thing i wanted was a new digital camera- a NICE one. it was the only big thing i asked for. [last year it was an ipod nano, which was then $200, and i got it.] the camera i picked out was less than $200. well, we were snooping and i found a digital camera. it's NOT what i wanted at all, and they know exact what i want in one. there IS a possibility it isn't for me, because another family member wanted one. but i'm almost positive it is.
so my question is, if it is my present, how do i let my parents know it's not what i wanted, without hurting their feelings? i ABSOLUTELY hate to sound like i'm not appreciative of what i get, because i am. but since this is the only big thing i wanted and it's not even really what i wanted, i'm disappointed. help?! You sound very materialistic. Why, back in my day, if you had a digital camera at all you were cool, and none of them had more than 2 megapixels. Every kid and there brother didn't have cell phones back then either. Why, for fun, we'd play the sega saturn or something like that. I have found that with cameras, you need stuff to take pictures of, so that should be something to look into. Most people with cameras lack that important aspect. Maybe you should ask for a red ryder bb gun next year. That would be cool.

Probably not very much. If you are over 18, there are so many options outside of retail that pay so much more. Try the help wanted section in your paper for jobs that will pay more than 6.50 an hour.

Alright well I mainly just set my computer into hibernation mode everytime I'm done using it. Well I noticed that later at night my computer just randomly turns on and same thing happen at around 6:00 in the morning. I have my settings set to after 1 minute it wil lautomatically go back into hibernation but when it automatically turns on it doesn't do that. Anyone know what's the problem? I'm always out of the house and I get uncomfortable if my computer some how turns on again and doesn't shut off after 1 minute and it will just sit there wasting a lot of electricity. I just wanna know how to stop my computer's habit of doing that. (link)

Well ok i have talked to this girl for awhile so i asked her out and she tells me yes so were going out and everything seems fine then she text me one night (about two into the relationship) and says i have changed and she just wants to be friends and being the kind of guy i am i was just like ok cause i just want her to be happy well so then two days later she text me and says she has made a big mistake and wants to be with me so i text her and ask her what she wants to do and she wants to be really close friends....so then a couple days go bye and we have big brother big sisters and we hang out and she kisses me and then the next day at a basketball game i tried to kiss her but she would not so i was wondering if you think we are going out or if were just friend or maybe something else? My school has a Smartfilter DA that blocks certain sights based on games. I have access to a lower administrator account and can access changing the password of a net user administrator. Anyone know how to bypass this filter and play the games I want (I know the sites dont have viruses). Or, anyone know how I can change the password (It comes up "type in new password for user", but I can't type anything in).

I have a big scab on my head. cause i tryed to pop a pimple the other day and it didnt really work too well. so yea i have a huge scab and its soo embarassing and i cant cover it up well cause the concealer loks brown over it, so i was wondering, what is the festest way to clear this up? i need to have it gone by next friday (9 days) should i try and dry it out? or use neoporin? plese help (link)

I spilled lemonade on my keyboard. Only on a few keys.. so I tried pouring it all out & using the blow dyer so the keys don't get completely stuck. So it's sticky and I don't know what to do.. I don't have money for a new keyboard.

Well my english teacher is making me type an essay on why he should give me an A. you see i wrote it and i gave it to him and i used because i work hard, i try,and im here everyday.. he said that would benefit me adn not him so he said i have to re write it so that it will benefit him as well. Well, there are several angles you can take on this. You can point out the fact that if he gives you an "A", your GPA will go up, allowing you to get into a better university, allowing you to get a high-paying job which will generate more tax revenue, including for social security. With that, the already doomed social security program may be able to hold out a little while longer, just long enough for this, quite frankly, worthless teacher of yours to collect a small amount of the money that he payed in there his entire life. simple as that.

Well my boyfriend said he likes latin girls a lot and I'm like white...but he keeps on saying that he likes latin girls around me.is that wierd?
also,can anyone possibly help me distinguish white/asian/latin?
the thing is,when I see a white person,I know he/she is white..same goes for asians
However for latins,I can't differentiate them at all,some look like dark asians,so really do look like whites(as in pure whites) and I can't really see their defined characteristic compared to whites,asians or blacks which you can tell at first sight.and oh yeah,some latins also look like asian american. So how do you tell? any pics?

well, it is really quite simple. THe best way to tell is to start speaking spanish to them. If they respond, you have a latin person. You can't tell by last name always because filipinos tend to have spanish last names often as well. You should tell your boyfriend to stop looking around at other girls anyhow. To test if you have a latin person, you can ask simple phrases like "Que onda?" (k own-duh) or "che! que te pasa, calabaza?" (shay, k tay pass-uh, cal-ah-bass-uh) If they respond to these, you probably have a spanish speaker and thus a latin person. Easy as pie.
