Okay, well i am a 13 year old girl. I wanna meet people to talk to, but not like date. I wanna find friends online and places. Where can i do this?

Well since you want to meet people and stuff and your a girl go to www.stardoll.com and you can meet both girls and guys its safe free and fun or myspace.com its not my #1 since your 13 you have to be 14 to enroll if your turning 14 then wait and ask friends at school about IM instant message you can talk to your friends and someone else who is online.

There is lots of places on the internet that you can meet people.
Sites such as habbo hotel,bebo, myspace, facebook can allow you to meet people.
But be careful when talking on the internet because it can be quite dangerous and if anyone makes you feel uncomfortable just leave the conversation.
And remember to never give out any details. you probably already know that but just checking :D

Whatever you do, be extremely careful on the internet. There are predators that prey upon people your age. Never give away your identity or location and especially NEVER agree to meet someone somewhere that you met on the net. Just make friends at school, or also, many churches have youth groups or you can join a sport and make friends there. I would say to avoid making friends on the net altogether.

There a number of places you can meet people. You could try going to the online Personal section and set up a page. Also if you google the word penpal, a bunch of sites will pop up. Hope my advice helps ♥ Jenny
