145-150 lbs
Can someone give me a diet that I can lose a couple of lbs. off of? Maybe to 135ish. I don't want like a you can lose 15 lbs in a week. Just something that can slowly give off lbs. I play basketball, so I have a lot of muscle, but I would like to try to get rid of that little fat I have. Mainly around my stomach and hips. Its not like "wow she need to lose weight". Its just to me, its "ugly". && Some of my weight also comes from my boobs. (their a D) Now I wear a size 6-7 in jeans, and would like to be maybe a 5.
Anything you guys can say will be tons of help =D
((&& I don't care for my BMI, that thing doesn't take in the fact that muscle weighs...

i think im falling for my best friend!
and im scared to. i mean i have all ways thought he was sooo cute. but know that me and my boyfriend broke up he was like hes must be blind to break up with you your beautiful. he held me for like five minutes while i cried on his shoulder. he took me to the movies the next week but his girlfriend came too:[ but he didnt pay for her he payed for me! i told him not to but he said he needed too.. i didn't know why he had to but all during the movie i would look over and he was holding her hand and i wondered what if that was me what if he held me? his friend Dylan came too. he tried to hold me like Cody was holding his gf..

Bloating

Hi everyone, I have a formal in exactly a week. The past couple of days, I have been feeling very bloated, and when I tried on my dress, it zipped up (but only barely). I'm not asking about how to lose 35 pounds in 4 days or anything like that, but how can I change my diet to try to avoid bloating? I haven't been eating much solid food this past week because I had oral surgery recently (applesauce, yogurt, soup, etc). Thank you!

so i just had to completely re-install my computer because of some corruption or whatever, and all my data got lost, so on Windows Media Player i have the old one again..(i had the newest one before)...how do i get it to update so i can get my original one again??

Her parents are hardcore rasiest fucks...im sorry she says they just "follow the bible" and think that people of mixed races black with white getting marryed and haveing kids is a sin(no matter how you look at it thats FUCKIN RASESIEM AND SHES IN HARDCORE DENIEL). in that case my famely is going to hell becuse my dad is not white and my mom is. and she says if they ever find out..they will disown her. she says she don't care if they do becuse she loves me...but I don't think she would relly want that and I don't want to be the cause of her parents disowning her... so someone help me here...I don't know what to do...

My supposed best friends are acting like biotches. For science, every quarter we switch partners. We made a plan, me and 1, 2 and 3,then me and 2, 1 and 3, then me and 3....etc.
The night before we switch when i am with 3, she ims me, when my away says: Out dont im, "hey is it okay if i am with my boyfriend for the third quarter? He asked me, and i dont want to turn him down...sorry!" then signed off! THE NERVE! it was the day before we picked partners and i was sick so i wasnt going to be in school. I was mad at her and she imed me, "are you okay? you seemed mad on saturday" I said, "Well you left me stranded the day before we picked partners, yeah im mad." then walked away

Hello. I have a problem... sort of. Me and my best friend like each other alot, okay? But, we're both girls. We're both afraid of ruining our friendship. But I always feel obliged to kiss her, yet, I never do because I'm scared of the reaction she'll have. But we always get so close to doing it... it's just really starting to bug me. Sick for a monthh

I am 14, f, and i have been sick for a month. its not actually sick, its like tired and fatigued, and i feel dizzy and my stomach hurts. I have passed out many times. I am achey all over and my shoulder has been cramping. What can i do to make it go away? My moms been freaking out and wants me to get bloodwork but i dont want to get it, i am afraid of needles...thanks in advance!

okay so me and this guy cj well we have been getting to know each other...like friends. But a while back i thought that he liked me because well we never talked and he would just like look at me a lot and he started a paper wad fight with me.
