The shirts are almost always free and handed out by campaign officers at each event she attends. I would doubt it very highly that they would charge for them. How do I know? I've worked as a volunteer on several campaigns and they had more free t-shirts than anything else on hand.

A list of regional offices in every state is listed there. You can call the one in your state and ask the person on the phone about the shirts.
