ok well when i work out to this thing called hip hop abs, its a dancing workout film. i sometimes get pressure in my head. It's only when i do some of the moves in the video though. WHen i asked my sister if she go that too she said she didn't. And now i feel like there is still a bit of pressure in my head and i feel a bit light headed Is there something wrong with me??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

cuz i straighten mine but they don't get that fringe-y look no matter what kind of product i put in

Well im a very sensitive person . just the littlest , tinyest things can set off my emotions and make me cry , being yelled at , someone say a certain thing to me , just anything . No im not an emo im 99% happy most of the time , its just the smallest things hurt my feelings . How do i control this or , like " not care " so much ?

permanent straightnening

okay so i have wavy hair, and so i have to straighten it everyday before i go to school, and it's a pain! my cousin got her hair permanetley straightened, and she loved it! I really really want to get mine done, but i really haver no idea where or what or the cost or anything. so, like, how much does it cost normally to get it done and how long does it last? thanks!

Um when i get scared, anxiety, really nervous, etc my hands are liek frozen. (I guess because when I'm scared my blood runs cold, literally?).
I know it isn't normal but I don't know if there's a name for it if it is a serious problem or disease.
My dad wants it checked and some of my friends think that it's freaky lol especially when it happens during the summer when it's blazing hot but I dunno..even though you know something's bad going on, I like the coldness.
Does anyone might know of what it is? thanks.

so i was just searching around the web and came across this lemonade diet and you just drink lemonade for at least 10 days and you lose weight.. i know they will probably gain the weight back.. but is there an actual diet that wont make you gain the weight back if you just eat a certain kind of food/drink?

well hes not really my brother but we are close friends so he calls me his little sis(he one year older than me)!well he is like the sweetest guy when it comes to his gf!his gf is in all my classes and shes real quiet but nice.he is always spending all this money on her buying her stuff and i really dont think she apprciates it!i mean she plays around with her friend talking about how sexy some of the boys in our school are and stuff.they have been going out for about a year and he says he like loves her and i dont think she feels the same way.he told me about how he told her that it was a 50/50 realatinship and he felt like she wasnt givn her part in the relationship.she said she was trying to work on it but i feel for my brother!he worked...

a couple of my best friends found out that i was cutting myself and that i was depressed but then i got a therapist and am doing good. but not even like 3 days after they found out they stopped calling me to hangout and they were acting weird. so now they dont call me on weekends and its like were not even friends even more ! im sooo upset because right now i could really use some support and friendship while im going through this. this whole situation with my friends is making my other problems seem worse and its not helping at all! i know you guys are gonna say why would you want friends who do that and i know they arent being good friends but im kinda shy and its hard for me to make new friends. and even if i make new friends i cant g...

i dont know what to do i like being single but i like two girls
The first girl i liked since i first saw her i got to her after a while but then i came to a conclusion that she didntlike me (because sometimes it seemed like she would ignore me, she knew i liked her but showed almost no intrest in from what i noticed)so i backed off, well it looks like i was wrong cuz everytime i pass by her she stairs at me and smiles i stare back too because i still realy like her, but im still not sure of how she feels about me or if we went out it would be a quick few day relationship or long one,

alright so me and this kid have been talking for a while now and we both like each other alot but we go to different schools and live in different districts :( which totally stinks. and its weird cause whenever we try to hang out he ALWAYS has something going on or he cancels at the last minute. and well...we play truth or dare alot online and i told him that i would give him a hj and that he could finger me but we would have to wait...and all this was after he told me he liked me. so idk whats up the kid cause like all the sudden he's freaking out and not being how he was...and we don't really have that same connection as we use too..and i want it back cause i liked him alot.

Alright, well I liked this guy, lets call him Bob.

He didn't like me at first but he started to, I can tell.
