alright so me and this kid have been talking for a while now and we both like each other alot but we go to different schools and live in different districts :( which totally stinks. and its weird cause whenever we try to hang out he ALWAYS has something going on or he cancels at the last minute. and well...we play truth or dare alot online and i told him that i would give him a hj and that he could finger me but we would have to wait...and all this was after he told me he liked me. so idk whats up the kid cause like all the sudden he's freaking out and not being how he was...and we don't really have that same connection as we use too..and i want it back cause i liked him alot.

Here's a thought, maybe he's all talk and no action. He could be scared that you are going to actually live up to your part of the dare and that may scare him. I would suggest just taking things slower and maybe talk to him like friends to see if he comes to you and asks if there is something wrong. If he does, just tell him you thought he was shying away because he just wanted to be friends, and you would rather be friends with him than nothing at all. Maybe it will go from there.

whenever he logs on dont be the first to talk to him, let him come to you.
and also dont call him, let him call you.
that'll make him know that if he wants you hes gonna have to fight...
dont do this for too long do it like 3 times when he logs on and if he starts talkin to you first after like 2 time then you can start the convo next but then let him start the one after that.
