Q: I'm a girl going to prom.

I am not requesting for pictures.
All i want to say is i found some cute dresses at macy's that are shortish like homecoming dresses.
But It's my first prom, and I just moved to America, so i don't have any references.. Is it more promy to wear long dresses?

is it acceptable to wear shortish homecoming like dresses to prom ?

is a princess cut dress acceptable ?

Long and short dresses are exceptable. I wore a short dress my junior prom. More people wear short dresses to homecoming and long dresses to prom, but that doesn't really matter. It doesn't make it more or less acceptable. A princess cut dress is fine too.

Q: my boyfriend and i are both 18. he's the lead in our school play this year and he has to kiss another girl. it's killing our relationship. i've never been the jealous type, but this has been so hard for some reason. we've been together a year and we're really serious. i was the first girl he kissed. he keeps telling me it doesn't mean anything. i trust him with all my heart, but is there anything i can do to help with this? i'm sure lots of people have been in this situation. what did you do to cope? i'm the stage assistant so i have to see it quite often. he's incredible. i love him and trust him, but it's hard not to hate the other girl at the same time. i'm trying so hard to be good but something inside me breaks every time i see it. help please.

The play is just an act. Him kissing another girl is just pretend. Try not to let it bother you :) . Think of it as a job, he has to do it. Also keep in mind that if he had the choice to kiss the girl or not, he wouldn't. No 'fake' kiss shouldn't get in the way of your relationship.

Q: what do you not put into the dryer to maintain quality?

- bras
- stuffed animals

Usually when you wash clothes your not suppose to but your bra in the dryer, you should let it air dry. Same w/ stuffed animals; Use the Washer, but let it air dry.

Q: There is this guy that I am sort of "talking to" and tonight he was trying to upload pictures on to his myspace, but he was having some trouble, so he asked me to do it for him. Okay, no problem.

So he gives me his username and password so I log in and start uploading his pictures. Well I become more then tempted to look in his inbox see who hes been chatting with. So I do and theres about five different girls that he's sending messsages to.

He calls them "hun" and "baby", "babe", "sweetheart", "beautiful"... the works. So heres my problem with the whole situation. Tonight we were having a sort of "deep convrsation" and I said "listen, you know that I don't talk to any guys or hang out with any guys but you, so where do you stand with the same situation"? Well he pretty much said I don't call or hang out with any other girls. I dind't get the impression that he was haning out with any of the girls yet or anything like that.

I really wanted to say what about online, but i figured that would be too obvious. I just don't know what to do about it without saing that I looked in his inbox.

Any advice would be so helpful.

Honestly, i say dont come clean and tell him you were looking through his stuff...
he doesnt really need to know...

just be like "i heard from people that you've been talking to other girls..."
and then he'll probably be like "who'd you here that from"
and you just have to say, "i cant tell you. i promised them i would NEVER tell and i dont break my promises. i know if you ever told me something you would never want me saying anything to anyone else and i expect the same from other people so i have to keep my promise."
and then be like "so can you please just be honest with me and tell me because i just need to know, and dont lie, because i'll eventually find out."

you can be a boy or a girl to watch porn, that doesnt matter. plenty of girls watch porn, probably just as much as boys. its illegal to watch porn if your under th age of 18 but not technically "online"

but dont wear then inside the school building.
and if its not sunny then wearing shades would be kinda dumb... you know?

ok make-up: less is more.
its better to have casually natural looking make-up.
you dont wanna be called "fake" for wearing too much. guys like a natural beauty.
but still look hot.

jeans are always "in"
so just wear what YOU think is cute.
you cant go wrong with that.

Q: The thing is, I broke up with my girlfriend several months ago, through a note. Stupidest move ever, never try it. Supposedly we broke up because I'm emapthic and I express other peoples emotions. To her, that meant I didn't love her. So we broke up because of that. What really started it was the fact she mentioned something on IM that she would normally say out loud. I believe that if you can mention something in a message or IM, you can just say it. She wouldn't and the whole empathic thing whatever. So we broke up.

Now, I can't stop thinking about it. Turns out, I've figured out, according to myself, that I gave her a chance to come back and we could start over. I waited and waited only to find out she's dating some other guy. So I gave up and thought nothing of. Until now when I realize that I'm still thinking about her and she cares nothing for me, totally oblivious. I want to tell her to her face how much of hurts inside to be told I don't feel any love for her and then she doesn't even try to get back together...

Sorry about the lengthiness, I tend to over do it on the details. But what should I do? Should I tell her to her face, on the fact just looking at her might send me over the edge!? I won't call her cause she can avoid listening by hanging up, I won't message her cause a message is just as bad as the first time. Do I just sit here and do nothing? No one tell me Ill get over it, cause its been months that I've been thinking about her... I'm so lost....

honestly you can only do what feels right to you.
if you think that telling her face to face is best then do so, but remember that it can go either way.
you never know unless you try.
she could actually be feeling the same about you.

you might not think about it now, but afterwards when you have sex i heard you become very dependent and attached to that person. especially if its your first time. but dont worry, if your in love and you know it wont be a mistake, and if he loves you then he can handle it. just be safe.

you should do it in person, when its just you two and none of his friends and your friends are with you.
i went through the same thing with a guy last year. tell him the truth and how you feel. tell him that you feel like your the only one giving effort to be together and that actions speak louder then words, and he doesnt show that he loves you.
and then just say, i think its best for the both of us to break-up.

guys usually hit puberty between the ages of 12-15 or 16..
its different for every guy...
You know he hit puberty if he's starting to grow hair on his face and/or chest and their voice starts to break and it becomes deeper.
