Prom
I'm a girl going to prom.
I am not requesting for pictures.
All i want to say is i found some cute dresses at macy's that are shortish like homecoming dresses.
But It's my first prom, and I just moved to America, so i don't have any references.. Is it more promy to wear long dresses?
is it acceptable to wear shortish homecoming like dresses to prom ?
is a princess cut dress acceptable ?

Long and short dresses are exceptable. I wore a short dress my junior prom. More people wear short dresses to homecoming and long dresses to prom, but that doesn't really matter. It doesn't make it more or less acceptable. A princess cut dress is fine too.

long and short dresses are both acceptable but i wouldnt wear a princess dress because thats too much.personally id go for the long flowy silky dresses,something that would show off your back,flatters your figure etc.
