When is it okay to talk about the future?

I've been in this relationship with my boyfriend for nearly three years now. I'm 18, he's 22. I'd like to call it serious, but it's the first relationship I've had that I would even consider calling it serious, so I don't know for sure.
My question is this: when, if at all, would be a good time to talk to him about the future? I mean it's pretty obvious we're going to be together a long time. Since we're both in college now, I feel like it would be a good idea to at least have some general outline for the future of our relationship, as in whether we're going to get married or not and basically what our future goals are.
Of course I don't want to put things in stone, but I've wanted to talk about this with him f...

How old should you be to start going down on boys?
When I was 12, I had a friend with benefits. We did everything, besides have clothes off sex. But, after we did that. I regretted it big time, and i havent done anything like that for 2 years. But now, i love my boyfriend and he wants to, you know do some stuff.

ok so you know when you print something out and it says like "Page x of x" at the top and the URL at the bottom, etc? well that's not showing up for me anymore.
so i went to "page setup" and "margins & header / footer" and i fixed the settings so they would show up, and i clicked ok, and they still won't show up...
can someone help me?

so there is this girl in all my classes that im not really friends with.well shes been going with this boy for like a year who went to our school last year but left this year.they still go out but i swear she doesnt act like it.there is this boy in one of my classes that she always use to ake to pick her up(like a hug).well i started to like him and he deff didnt like that girl as more then maybe a friend.i asked him out and he said yes.so we go out now and the hugging between them has stopped ofcoarse.now she keeps making these comments like he was my man first or he told me he liked me better then you and all this other crap which ofcoarse isnt true.then on valentines day she comes up to me and tells me that my bf got her a valentines gif...

ok there is this guy i like a lot and we went out in like 3rd grade ;but this year he went out with one of my best friends and he promised me if they broke up he would ask me out but then he went out with my ex friend but he told me that he still loves my friend after i told him how i felt about him so ypu think ypu could help out a lil???

ok so my right shoulder is darker than anywhere else on my body.it looks almost like i was burned when i was ittle but it is hairier then anywhere else on my body!i meen its not like super hairy but it deffinately has more hair then my left shoulder!my parent think its just a birth mark but could it possibly be a burn mark?my mom is a docter and she told me the name of something that it could possibly be.it starts with an A and it means an areea on your skin that is darker and has more hair than anywhere else.i dont wanna ask her again because ive asked her like 100 times because i keep forgetting!do any of you think you know what the name is?and also is there anyway that i could tell if it is a burn mark or if it is just a birth mark---by ...

Recently I have seemed to be quite unwell..Im experiencing allsorts of different pains that seem to vary everyday.
What triggered me to type this was about 2 minutes ago, I suddenly went dizzy, and straight after, I got an excruciating stomach pain, and recently I have been feeling not sick..but like somethings in my throat just after Ive eaten, and when I swallow it doesnt feel quite right.
I am always getting headaches, and Im not pregnant, I really cant think of anything thats causing these pains and dizziness? Any help would be appreciated.

Agh, I heard this U2 song once on the radio and I have no idea what it's called - I just know it's by U2. It was so beautiful, kinda slow/steady and not too "rock"y.
Does anyone know what it might be called? If there's more than one possible title (which is most likely to be the case), just list down the titles that have the potential of being the song I'm in love with!

I'm a 16 year-old girl and my 15 year old (first) boyfriend says that I should change myself COMPLETELY just for him. And when I asked him why he's still with me and why he doesn't go to someone else he says it's because of all the sexual things he wants to do with me. I'm like..wtf..You don't respect me. You want me to change for YOUR sick pleasures...Well, I'm not going to change. It upsets me...because everything I seem to do, he's not happy with. The way I dress, act...He LOVES the way I look. And that's about it.

Im 15 and havnt had a relationship...out of my own choice..i decided when i go out with a boy i want to make sure i know it will lead somewhere and that i have to truly like him..not just a 2 week stupid relationship. But now im getting to a point where im past waiting for boys...genuine boys. You can never find them where i live. They're all into this gansta r and b rubbish. I need a boy who accepts me as their equal and loves everything about me and dosnt want anything sexual. How long till i find someone like that?I want love...whether im young or not and im tired of waiting. My best friend has been hurt so many times and its just proved to us both noone is genuine and cares about the girls heart. Please can someone give me some help..why arent there boys like that ?

ok well i have dry feet and idk what to do to fix that i put lotion on and it doesnt seem to help so ive quit on that and i also have like gross thick toenails.

In life, I like to be polite to everyone. This has become a problem because whenever I hang out with my guy friends. At least one of them starts to like me and think that I like them back. I really try not to act flirty but its getting to the point where I'm losing my guy friends after having to turn them down. Its really bothering me, I miss just being friends with them. What do I do?

Ideas!

I'm giving a presentation on rastafari (both culture and religion) and I need to make it as creative and interesting as possible! Other than dressing up like one, do you have any ideas that could make it cool?
It spoth an oral, and written assignment. For the written part I'm thinking of making a poster instead of just handing in a bunch of papers stapled together. But I have nothing cool in mind for the oral part - any ideas are appreciated.
