Need to get in shape

Well. I'm not looking to lose weight, but i want to get in shape and start gainging some muscle. I play Varsity tennis for my school (yeah i'm not that old), and am so out of shape for this summer where i'll be playing at least 5 times a week at different practices.
I really want to start getting in shape, because i really wasn't all that active this winter.
Currently, I'm trying to walk/run .5-1.5 miles everyday on my treadmill because i'm that out of shape. I've been trying to lift our 2 pound weights with my forehand arm, but can't get motivated to do it for very long. Also, i've been doing about 100 situps, 50 v-ups and 25 pushups everynight because i want to work my abs for swimsuits this summer.

stop smoking

Well i really need to stop smoking cigs. like right now but I am highly addicted. I smoke about a pack a day. How can i get myself to quit. ive used all of the stuff (the gum, the inhaler, the patches) and none of them work. PLEASE HELP

myspace msg me

ok so i have a 'msg me' button from whateverlife on myspace and lately it quit working. the add me one still works, but the msg me always goes to a page sayin "an error occured while.. " somethin somethin. is anyone else having this problem and how can i fix it? i've gone to whateverlife and tried a few different buttons but all the msg me ones are saying that.

cant get along

i have a 10 month old..a 2 year old..and i am 8 months pregnant..i live with my mom,sister,and her 2 kids..i constantly have to keep my 2 year old in the room with me...when there is people over..family visits often..with thyre kids..and i dont want my kids influenced by the other kids that are here..i try to teach my kid..what he can ..and cant do..but its hard when there is alot of people around teaching him bad things like cussing and hitting..and i cant get along with some of the people that visit..i dont want him influenced by that..when were not in the room..i have to keep my eye on him the whole time..if i let him down for 1 second..someone is either..yelling that he is getting into something..or kids..screaming constantly..its chaos...

Okay so I had my period for a few months and it was pretty normal and light. Then it went away for like 5 months and I thought it was fine but then I just got it back a few days ago and it's been suuper heavy. Like everytime I put on a pad it fills it up in like 2 minutes. It's disgusting. And like when I go to the bathroom the toilet paper will be covered in blood. Is this normal? Will it become lighter again? :/

My closest guy friend has his tongue pierced. He got it done like 5 months ago and it's completely healed.
I've made out with him a couple of times, but not within 5 months.
Since he got the piercing I've been wanting to kiss him so badly. I want to know what it's like to make out with someone who has a tongue piercing.
Like when I'm alone with him and were talking I just want to jump on him and kiss him.
That's how bad it is.
He doesn't have a girlfriend, I don't have a boyfriend. We like each other, we both know it, but due to some family problems we're not gonna date until we're both 16 (which is less than a year, for both of us)

boyfriend hates kitten

I recently got a new kitten. He is very vocal. My boyfriend wants him to sleep in the bathroom at night to make sure he uses the litterbox. problem is, he meows A LOT. He's lonely and wants me to be by him. if it were my choice i would have him in bed with me (so far he always uses the box during the day). My boyfriend gets so so mad at night with its meowing and has been putting him in the laundry room, which is cold and unfamiliar to the kitten. i feel bad, so then I make a bed in there and sleep with the kitten. My boyfriend can still here it meow if I am not there and he gets real mad that I wont sleep in bed with him. it causes daily arguments and i am so tired of arguing. I dont want him to be mad, but I don't want my kitte...

Too much sex

I heard that while on birth control you have to still wear a condom and me and I have been on birth control for 3 months and me and my boyfriend have been havind sex without a condom for 2 months and he has been penetrating in me the whole time and I of course have not gotten pregnant. I wanted to know if i kept doing that will there be a chance that to much seman can get in me and I can get pregnant? We have sex basically every other day, sometimes twice a day. is that too much?

I don’t know why this is bothering me, I always think out of the box. I mean I just don’t think of the now and always the future and what if‘s. When I told my friend that I liked her she doesn’t feel the same. Today I remember that I and she were talking about her story she had to write for English class. She was talking about the main character is semi based on her. alright, i woke up this morning immediatley with horrible cramps, that were in the ovary, and vagina area, which was terrible. I'm not on birth control and I am a virgin, so i dont know if that has anything to do with that. My period hasn't come this month yet, and it didnt come when i got the aching cramps. I don't get these cramps that often but the hurt very badly, i took 3 advil and lied down, i don't know really how to get rid of these or why they came in the first place?
if you could find out how to get rid of them quickly or effecivly, and why i got them in the first place please help me. thank-you!

do guys know when a girl is a newbie at sex?
ive only had sex once, which was about 2 years ago. and i made a complete idiot out of myself. he told me to get on top, so i did, and i kind of just sat there...i didnt know i had to move around. anyway, it was just embarrassing. so i think thats the reason why i havent had sex again. [ive gotten plently of offers]
i know 'practice makes perfect', but i dont want the second guy im with to know i havent done this in a long time, and that i prolly suck hardcore at it.
