Broken friendships over being roomates.

Yesterday I lost my best friend. I thought of him as my brother. He was living with me in my condo for maybe 8 months with me and my boyfriend. For the past two months I had been charging him rent because things are getting really hard with money and originally he was living here for free. Free as in he didn't even have to buy his own food. He was going through a tough time and I let him in my home. Him and my boyfriend and me had a really close relationship since high school, but then he seemed to get really into his girlfriend who he had been with for 9 months and he proposed to. He started to seem like he was more interested in her than us. He even actually told me straight to my face that he cared about her more than me and my boyfriend...

If You Know About Computers or Laptops

I'm thinking of buying a pc laptop to play sims games on. I went to dell.com and I saw that some were much cheaper than others but there wasn't much of a difference between the gigs or the speed. Why is there such a large price difference? Can you recomend me something good to play games on but not too expensive? I need something kind of cheap.

Phones with keyboards

I have verizon. My contract expires in mid-August, and I really want my new phone to have a keyboard. I've been texting non-stop lately and i need a keyboard to help the process along haha. :)
So, my questions:
-What phones do you suggest?
-Does anyone have the Glyde/heard anything positive/negative about it?
*It helps if you know about the phone yourslef, and you don't just look up information online, because I already did that. Thanks. :)

weight scale dilemma

Okay. I'm 16/f. My average weight is 142. But it might change sometimes due to the amount of food I take in. I'm also 5'6.
I went on this website..and read that it's a really really normal weight. Ideal for my body ratio..
But here's the thing..I want to lose MORE. I don't eat after 6 usually. And exercise more than I eat on any given day (sometimes I take breaks though cause my joints hurt). But for some reason..the lowest my weight is...would be a 141.
Why? I don't get it. It never goes down! I think it's my standard weight...my healthy weight. But my dad won't believe me and yells at me when he sees me at 143 or 144. Because I gained a pound or two.
When I look in the mirror, I see my thighs more toned than...

foods for a beginner to cook?

Okay, so in a few weeks I'm moving to my Dad's house, and he honestly doesn't cook.
So I'll need to be learning how to make basic dishes for some nights. I've never cooked in my life (I only took cooking class once, I cooked once and skipped for the rest of the semester) I can't even boil an egg.
What are some simple dishes to cook so I can practise between now and the time I move there? It doesn't have to be stuff made straight from home, it can be packaged stuff, I just don't want real basic stuff like 2 minute noodles or anything you add water to and microwave.

I think I have a problem with wanting attention. I texted this guy that I work with earlier last night and he knew that I was going to a party. And I did…but last night I had this dream where I was at the same party and I was closing my car door and the sharp part made a huge gash in my arm…and I didn’t notice it and went back inside and kept drinking. And then someone noticed it and made a big deal out of it and I was like “I didn’t even know that happened…” But then I was thinking…huh…I wonder what (the guy I work with) would say if I came into work and had that gash on my arm. I’m supposed to work with him today.

theres this guy that im close to.

What's the name of this book?

I really forget.. we read it last year in my class... its like these kids who have to go to this like swampy place.. and they cant leave it.. there is some kid named Emmet in it.. I forget the main charater but there were like boys.. and then the main character had to go in this chair sometimes and it like drove him crazy cause he had to be like silent or something. and they wanted to leave but couldnt.. i think the cover is orange, too? and like he had to be sent there for some reason.. and the people who made the place like something was wrong with them.. they wanted to earn money or something like that and were criminals but changed their names? please help i really dont remember more things but its such a good book

Suddenly my computer's volume doesn't work???

And when I open volume control, instead it says that
'there are no mixer devices available. to install mixer devices, go to Control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click add hardware. this program will now close.'
I went to control panel.. and there are no 'printers and other hardware'. There is one called Printers & Faxes, and another called Sound and Audio devices (which when i open, it says that there is no audio device), and ofcourse Add/remove programs.
I have no idea how to fix this problem and get my sound back. I didnt even do anything so i I dont get how this happened. everything's connected, I checked, and my speaker can turn on.. and when i turn the volume high i...

What Pads should i use

I think this is a sex question. 13/f (haven't started period yet)
Lately i have been having a really heavy discharge, and i t is slightly orangey, rather than tan. I am currently using Carefree With Cotton Extract Breathable Pantyliners. They aren't extremely thick, but they aren't ultra thin. They are fairly comfortable, and i quite like them, but just recently my discharge is going right through them, and stainging my briefs too. I know that mostly discharge washes out, but that's not really the point. I was just wondering if any one knew of a really good pad? Bearing in mind i wear women's boxers, and they are fairly thin widthed. But i do have a couple pairs of propper pants if need be. Thanks in advance for your help =P

Hi i'm a guy and me and my gf have decided that we are comfortable and ready for sex.
however I have been hearing a lot of theories of when a women can get pregnant.
1)I know that condoms are good,I am planning to use them,but just for extra precaution...
2)some ppl told me that the girl can least likely get pregnant during her period,,cause the blood comes out and stops the sperm from getting in.
3)other say it's 2 or 3 days before her period
4)another lot said,it's 2 or 3 days after her period
5)another said it's two weeks after her period

How to Deal With Boyfriend's Band Going on Tour

Im a female who is 18 and I have been dating my boyfriend for more than a year now and for the last 5 or so months the topic of his band going on tour has been a heated disscussion that usually ends up in me being upset with him and him not understanding why i can't just be happy for him.
