I need a laptop
I need a laptop which has a web cam and I will also use it for designing purposes... So I need to know the configuration which will be suitable for this. Suggestions of models of HP, Compaq, IBM will be appreciated.
PLease answer this coz im leaving for university in another 15 days!!! Thanx so much.

HP DV2200 is intended for professionals, but it has the most technology and feature that enables you to do lot of things! did u know that the Disney pixar using HP and ACER laptop to build their 3D animation movies??? for detailed infos you should browse www.activeshoppers.com or tigerdirect.com i won't recommend compaq-IBM since they are locking up the bios!!! Nowadays mac uses PC platform processor & the last generation of mac's is G5 (IBM processor)definitely extinct (they doesn't want to continue the development). it is clear that MAC sells chic design (with higher price) rather than the value of the performance's worth in money, but if you want to have a laptop with chic yet boring design, expensive spare parts then mac is the one.

macbook. flat out, mac is the best for design, and macbooks come with a webcam built in right above the screen.
mac isn't hard to learn, either. it's really simple, actually.
i know you want a PC, but a macbook's the best laptop you'll find.
