Hi! Well I hate that I am so shy the first time I meet someone. Whenever I meet someone for the first time I am ridiculously shy especially when its a cute guy, and I don't really know why because once I know the person I am COMPLETE opposite! Its hard for me to approach a guy that I think is cute the first time I see him, like everyone i guess i get nervous, but i'm just tired of that. Many of my friends can just go up to a guy and say 'hi, i'm so and so blah blahh' but i just cant. I guess my problem is like a lot of other girls i'm afraid of rejection and I am self conscious. with the whole self conscious thing the problem is when i want to approach a cute guy, i get intimidated by other girls in the room who i think are bett...

my girlfriend and I were together for around 4 and a half months. I am just trying to figure out why she randomly is playing mind games in my head for instance flirting or calling me names like honey,sweetie, or baby. Its RARE but she does.
She broke up with me on monday so it wasn't a long time ago or anything. Plus on top of this she isn't even in town and did all this.

we've been dating for almost a year and my idea for our year since we havent taken many pictures was take one of the pictures we have and put it in a little frame for him and then put it in a box with a shirt he'd like along with our favorite candy that we purchase and eat together quite frequently which happens to be gummy worms & put a few bottles of his favorite pop and maybe an energy drink in there and give it too him that way does this sound like something you would enjoy to get?

Is it true that this Saturday (June, 28) that Old Navy's flip flops are only going to be $1?? Cause some lady that my mom works with told her she saw a commercial that said that, but my mom wanted me to make sure it was for sure Old Navy. I looked on the website, but it didn't say anything. Hi there. I'm 21, and I'm assured I won't make it to my next birthday. I obsess over all sorts of diseases and illnesses, and it's ruining my life.
I have such big aspirations in life. I want to graduate from college, and have a family. I want to write a book, and enjoy myself.
Where is the key to happiness? I want more than anything to find it. I'm far too young to believe that I won't be okay. And yet, most days I find it harder then anything to just get out of my bed and live.
I'd hate to actually die, and know my life had turned to waste.
Any advice on taking life by the horns, and living to the best of my ability would be appreciated greatly.

Um okay so this is gross but everytime I go to the bathroom (like, not peeing... you know.) it's like a lot of blood. & I don't know what it is. I have my period right now and I have real bad cramps but this was going on for about a week and my period just started today. It's really starting to worry me... please help? Do I need to go to the hospital?

18th birthday party!

my best friend and i turn 18 exactly two weeks apart, so we're throwing a birthday shindig for both of us combined. we're having it at this big multi-purpose lodge thing, so it'll most likely be a dance. problem is, we want a theme. not anything like "hawaiian" or whatever, just something simple. we wanted to do a neon theme- where everyone wears neon colors and we get glow sticks and all that, but another girl just threw one of those. and we've agreed black & white parties are too overdone. we want something simple & original. any ideas?!

lately ive been feeling really sick. the other day i was sitting down and my leggs were shaking uncontrolably and i couldn't get them to stop no matter how hard i tried. i also hear ringing in my ears . any idea what it might be? i think it may be nervousness but im not sure

wisdom teeth/losing weight

I know this is beyond stupid, but I was wondering for anyone who has had their wisdom teeth out how much weight did you lose? Like what did you weigh before and after? I have to get mine out either this summer or next, and I have been really trying to lose weight this summer and I just thought if it gives me a boost with losing some pounds I'll just get it over with haha. My friend said it helped her because she could barely eat/never wanted to. I weigh 136 right now and am 16. Don't tell me this is dumb, I already stated that I know this question is dumb! Thanks!
And I do eat healthy and work out, I just need something to like kick start the losing weight process a little more :P

Is this normal?

I am a 17 year old girl, and ever since I was 14, I felt like I have been falling down a hill. It seems like it gets worse month by month. I feel bad about myself a lot, but I randomly feel better. But then a week later I am back where I started. I have no warning about when I will feel bad again. I want to know if so much pain is normal for a teenager.
I used to cut when I was 15, but I do it extremely rarely now. Starting this past March, I wasn't eating properly because I was trying to lose weight. I got down to eating between 500 and 1200 calories a day, depending on the day. When I was 16, I almost killed myself, and once this year I tried alcohol for the first time.
It just seems like I am falling...

I know nothing about baseball, but Im going with a group of people to a baseball game, Im wondering if you sit on team sides for baseball games or not, so if Im wearing a shirt supporting one team I dont want to be mixed in with people of the other team if that makes sense.
