i wanna convince my parents to buy a summe home in pensacola florida
or someone around there
and i want it to be like off the ocean or close to it with a pool
but idk what to google
cause i try like second home in pensacola florida but it doesnt give me like the right thing
and idk what you would call it.
and also the houses are realllly expensive cause its buy the ocean
and also we would buy it with my aunt and uncle

Well, lucky for you, the market is WAY down down there. So you can get a house for like almost $100,000.000 cheaper than its worth. You need to go to relastate websites

I have a house in Florida, its very nice. YOu won't be able to get a big house unless you want to spend millions of dollers. I would stay away for houses on the beach as they sometimes break 3 mill! Try going for one around the beach, walking distance or 15 min. drive.
