lately ive been feeling really sick. the other day i was sitting down and my leggs were shaking uncontrolably and i couldn't get them to stop no matter how hard i tried. i also hear ringing in my ears . any idea what it might be? i think it may be nervousness but im not sure

It's possible that you might be describing symptoms consistent with mild-severe panic attacks. The shaking uncontrollably, feeling sick, ringing ears and other physical things you mention happen with them.

These attacks usually happen the same way each time and are triggered by something you may have been doing at that time. Read this [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and see if that helps.

You probably have a mild anxiety disorder. You can consult your family doctor (they may refer you to a psychiatrist) and get on medication for it to control the issue.

sounds like it might be anxiety but there aren't enough symptoms to be sure. if your legs start shaking again make sure you plant your feet on the ground. when legs start shaking it's because of tension in your muscles. try stretching and relaxing your legs even though it's hard. if your feet are firm on the ground then it will stop.

ringing in the ears can be tinitis if it's constant.
