hair cut

Okay so my hair is very thick. It was kind of unhealthy so I trimmed it myself... which I've never really done before.
...I heard that if you cut your hair a certain way, it may take awhile to grow back to the way it was. My hair usually grows extremely fast... and I cut it months ago and it's barely grown. I mean it does little by little but is there something wrong with my hair? I cut a few inches off and it's still pretty close to the same length... maybe a few centimeters longer..
I try to use some good shampoo and conditioners but i don't even know if that will really help.
should I worry?
will it grow back normally eventually? =[

excercises

What are some pool exercises I could do that will tone my legs and butt?
I try to do at least 40 laps every other day.. and a bunch of other things but I don't know how well they'll affect my body.
So any ideas? If any of you are swimmers, let me know what you do to train.

taking a break in a relationship

Hi all.
My girlfriend found out that her father had been cheating on her mother a few months ago, and it terribly affected her emotionally. And recently she keeps finding more proves that he had several other extramarital affairs. Recently I found out that she had been rather indifferent to our relationship. (We had been REALLY tight together and planning to get engaged soon) I asked her about her indifference yesterday (July 15) and she said she has been indifferent to everyone, and everything. She thinks this is because of her worries about her father's cheating.
She also said it could be because I feel so much more love for her than she does feel for me, and she is frustrated, having tried in vain to love me...

I just want to know my friends care

I feel like all my friends are moving on without me, and while I keep in touch with their lives online, none of them seem to be in communication with me for too long.
I keep trying to get together with them, and spend time with them, and I know that they're busy, but I feel like I'm not important anymore. I'm prone to depression already, and I'm worried I'm sabotaging my life by trying so hard. But at the same time, I try hard because honestly, my friends are as important to me as anything.
Someone, tell me how to make myself important to my friends. I've tried my hardest to always be there and help out, and I'm not sure if it's helping me at all.

Help! Hair extensions!

My mum just payed $300 for me to get hair extensions. I have wanted thick hair forever and I finally got thick hair when I got my hair extensions and I was so happy.
I went to the hairdresser today and I asked to get the ends of my hair cut a little bit shorter and I asked if she could razor the bottom 2cm of my hair so it wasn't cut straight across. Anyway by the time she had finished my hair is about half as thic as it was before and it looks all thin and stringy. I am so upset, I don't know what to do and my mum is really angry too coz she just payed so much money.
What do I do? I have been crying all day and I can't afford any more extensions. What do I do?

I'm 14 and a half. I get massssive discharge, especially in a certian pair of pannies. anyway, my sister got hers in 7th. my mom got it in 6th my other sister in 7th. Why Haven't i got it yet.
so ttwo questions.
1. why dont i have it
2. how come in one certain pair i get more discharge?

Well I am a female and i am 14. Almost a year ago i met a guy on this game i play online and i got feelings for him and i didn't think he had feelings back. My Question is one im not entirely sure about.
I dont know what i should ask, and i dont know how is should word it, but im going to try.
Is it possible for your mental health to deteriate as a result of stress, trauma or just other outside influences? Over the last 5 or 6 months i have gone from bad to worse and i dont know why. The whole thing is just so sudden.And now i dont know what i should do. Its very hard to pretend to be sane any more. Its very hard to even pretend to myself. The more i.... go insane, the more I doubt ym own ability to survive and the more i just want to give up. I mean, why should i love in a world that im not even sure exists?

My mom gave me the chore of taking all our pictures and scanning them into the computer, and then throwing away the paper copies so we have more room in our house for other stuff. She's paying me like $250 to do it, and I got everything scanned, but now I've got 9 big boxes of pictures to put in our trash compactor (not like the ones at the mall, but like an appliance that fits under your kitchen counter), and one box will fill it up. Our trash men charge us more when we have more than one bag, so Mom's pretty obcessive about only having one bag of trash per week, and I don't get paid until I complete the task. But a bunch of my friends are going to Six Flags next week, and if I don't get this done, I won't have the $$$ to. How can I make this happen?

Getting back in shape for school and sports.

School is about to start(I know that is a no-brainer), and I trying to get back in shape for school and sports. I knew that I have lost some weight, but 2 pounds are a lot. And last year, I weighed about 103 and now I weigh 112, and that makes me a little depressed. Considering that I now have to wear a size 3 in jeans to a size 5. This is depressing for me. So, I am wondering what I can do to get my weight back under control and get back in shape.
