Getting back in shape for school and sports. School is about to start(I know that is a no-brainer), and I trying to get back in shape for school and sports. I knew that I have lost some weight, but 2 pounds are a lot. And last year, I weighed about 103 and now I weigh 112, and that makes me a little depressed. Considering that I now have to wear a size 3 in jeans to a size 5. This is depressing for me. So, I am wondering what I can do to get my weight back under control and get back in shape.

eat healthy and start running. :) also, I know running is a hard thing to stick to, but it's much easier to run with your friends! Go to a track with someone else and start running! Good luck! ]
has your doctor told you how much weight you're supposed to gain each year? mine does, so it makes me less stressed, so i advise you to try and talk to your doctor about it.
just run daily. do push ups, crunches, sit ups, and stuff like that. eat healthy.
basically, that's all you can do.
you're growing and you can't really control it.
