glad you're reaching out about this.

the truth of the matter is that you are not to blame for anything that other people do. Realize that they have huge insecurities and are trying to bring themselves up by putting you down. You're not dumb. I know that sucks so much, and it's not fun to hear when people are being demeaning. You've probably heard this before, but I can't stress enough how incredibly gross it is that some peers do that to you. Everybody, and i mean EVERYBODY is special, and I get that that sounds like some bullshit snow white cliche crap, but it's true.
First of all, count to twenty with your eyes closed, breathing deeply and holding a stress ball firmly if you need to. Hang out around a pet, read a book and especially an autobiography if you can. Autobiographies put things into perspective for someone who is confused or hurt. It helps us to realize that other people have real emotions like we do. It really does work. Go work out and run a mile or two to let off some steam. listen to uplifting music, or music that speaks to you in some way. practice an instrument, write in a journal. do anything that will put your mindset into a better place so that you may be able to evaluate the situation with a clear, perceptive, higher level than when you were severely upset.

hope i helped you. good luck. i know you can do it

try taking your anger out on something besides someone else, or your own self for that matter.

try taking deep breaths and listening to music that makes you feel good.

sit outside, watch the stars/clouds. read. write.
keep a journal of your emotions.

hope i helped, let me know.
