They are probably most likely just growing. You should have nothing to worry about. If it last longer then another week maybe contact your doctor and go in for a check up.

well. if you're on your period or about to or close to starting your period, you will have sore boobs, and even random pains.
if you aren't, they could be growing.
if you are really worried about it, talk to your doctor because it could be something serious.
try checking for lumps, just to make sure it isn't breast cancer.
