i had this problem.. y hubby before i married him found out i was a cutter i never cared about it myself but when i saw the hurt in his eyes i hurt to and he talked to me and cried and i never did it ever again. what i am saying is that if you show this person that it hurts you and tell that person how much you love them it just might work

Well, show them websites, or print outs, or pamphlets about what it can do to people. tell your friend you really care about them and they can get help. if it gets worse, you need to call the suicide hot line, or call a doctor near you. or just tell your parents.

but take action quickly. it could be worse than you think.

hope i helped, let me know.
